I have been a customer for many years, before it became Tasca. When Tasca first took over I was a little concerned about the new staff but Danielle been a wonderful asset. She has always made me feel welcome and has always done her best to find a suitable time that works best for my schedule. She calls to check up on issues and to make sure everything is going well. I recently had Tasca trace and fix an engine lite error

I recently had Tasca trace and fix an engine lite error code. They quickly determined the cause and implemented a software solution. They also did a multipoint inspection uncovering some other small potential problems that I ask them to correct. I highly recommend Tasca service team.

Hillary was patient and clear, while explaining to me why

Hillary was patient and clear, while explaining to me why my jeep needed the extra products when I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a road trip. It was her explanation that made me recognize her knowledge of cars and want to approve the recommended products. She is an excellent representative and I admire her skill, humor and ease working in a car dealership environment which seems to be predominantly male. I take that to mean that both she and the dealership are working well together and that Tasca is an establishment I can trust not just for the mechanical work but in terms of how I am treated as a customer. Hillary knows her stuff! And the mechanics always do a great job. Everyone seems friendly who works there even if you just walk past someone else on staff in the waiting area. And it’s an incredibly clean and welcoming waiting area with complimentary hot beverages, non-partisan television playing and great magazines to read while waiting. I was a customer for decades at the previous owners and my family has had four jeeps at what has now become Tasca. I am happy to continue on with Tasca.

Well, Tasca CDJRF Kingston put the old adage that all car salesmen are thieves to pasture. From the initial conversation, Ossama made my experience TOP TIER. I live 2 hours away from Kingston and was on the hunt for a specific vehicle. I saw it and reached out to Tasca. Ossama called me and walked through the specifics of the vehicle. He was more than patient and expressed genuine concern for my situation. Fast forward, he kept me in the loop throughout the ENTIRE process, and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. He made sure that the vehicle was detailed and gassed up for my arrival. The entire team made me feel welcome, and like I and my business was important to them. If you are in the market for a vehicle, stop by or visit their website, you never know what you may find there. Additionally, they are one of dozens of Tasca dealerships. If Kingston doesn't have it they can check with the others to possibly find it. This is NOT a solicited review and is 100% factual and I fully recommend them.
