El Cerrito Honda

Great for service. Very bad for sales. They don't offer the best prices, and try to jack you around. Buy elsewhere. Service department was professional, friendly, and efficient. However $30 for tire rotation seems a bit much.

I ONLY service my car with Honda of El Cerrito. Even simple oil changes. I trust these guys 100%. They are solid, reliable, honest, give great discount coupons, and the friendliest, most patient, frank-seeming customer service communication of any mechanics I've ever worked with. I can get appts. anytime, rarely have to wait unreasonably long, they throw in extras when I ask, the express lane for easy service works smoothly. The shuttle service they run when I leave the car for service is fast, friendly, and drives further from the dealership than any other I've encountered. I cannot say enough good about this dealership and every single employee I've ever worked with there over a 7 year period.

Went in for transmission software update and to have the tires rotated and the oil changed. Leo Gonzales was our service adviser. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The car was serviced and ready to pickup before the estimated time. This was our 5th visit to Honda of El Cerrito for service and we have been very pleased each time.

The service at Honda of El Cerrito is excellent. The employees are pleasant and courteous especially Ron Maio, Mel Santiago and Durell Vibat. I recommend my friends and family to go check it out.

I took my Honda Accord in for service. I like this dealership because it is conveniently located to Bart and it's easy to have service performed without an appointment. However, an appointment is very easy to schedule either by phone or online, the service people are very accomodating of customers needs and the service gets done by the time agreed. I am always pleased with the service performed on my vehicle, I highly recommend Honda of El Cerrito.

I rate Honda of El Cerrito - GREAT! I purchased my 2006 Odyssey and 2011 Civic from them and have used them as my primary service place for both vehicles. Rodney, Adrian and Loring have been exceptionally helpful with servicing the Odyssey's recall, battery replacement and other concerns pertaining to today's visit. Rodney called me promptly when the car was done. I like that they offer a shuttle service to and from throughout the day. I have been completely satisfied with their Customer Service, friendliness, and overall experience.

After many comparisons-We've purchased all 5 of our Hondas at El Cerrito Honda and wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU EL CERRITO HONDA!

I appreciate receiving in my email a service discount coupon for an oil change, etc. and complimentary car wash (very well done). However, I was left sitting in the visitor room for a very long time (someone was supposed to either call my cell or come and get me when the oil change was complete), and finally I got up and started roaming around and spotted my car. Please provide a sitting area that is not blasted by idiot television programming.
