Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. But he was misleading in presenting an over-inflated out-the-door figure in response to our proposed lower price. The alleged $1500 savings he translated into the original asking price plus tax, license and fees. We closed the purchase in spite of feeling ripped off!

They bought a stolen 2020 supra black black gr.they know and still won't give back the car was sold without my permission ,title forged and they still are listing it their involved in criminal conduct and will be sued if they don't give back full price of car plus loss of use 100,000 dollars.the guy told me I was a drug addict and I sold it for drugs.yeah that's why I own two of them .the company is engaged in criminal conduct with a business license, beware of the car you get it could be stolen and Vin number switched with fraudulent paper work.if they don't give car back then I will reveal a secret about car and if they sell it they will get sued by buyer I have pictures and document to back up this allegation.their in possession of stolen property,false advertising, conversion,trafficking in stolen property and they've been advised of the situation and still continue to operate a criminal act,knowingly, willingly,and intentionally if they took the time to match signature of title,and look at the situation them they would do the right thing and return the vehicle to the rightful owner so please let family and friends veterans, fireman,law enforcement, city ,county,state workers that this business buys and traffics stolen vehicles and with holds stolen property to make profit and even being presented with facts still chooses to engage in possession of stolen property,false advertising, fraud,conversion and numerous other crimes and buying or leasing a car from them condons, promotes,endorses,supports these criminal acts against consumers please do not support this corrupt business and please tell every one you know what this place is please see behind the fasad and see that their not good for the community or the people that work hard and want a vehicle behavior like this can not be tolerated or excepted .put a end to people that don't care about us or your family or your hard earned money .

I really regret buying from this seller. No records of service and drove the car for just two weeks and engine light was on. Called the shop and requested if the mechanic could have a look but kept saying that they do not have time

Jeremiah is a great basketball player and he will find you a terrific car, he did it for me! He is the best and west coast is lucky to have him!

Very unprofessional business. Employees never follow up or call back and they hung up on you. We did get a car from them and it’s had problems after problems. If we knew how they really were beforehand we would have went elsewhere. Please go somewhere else. And to you guys running the place you need to learn customer service and customer appreciation. Sad excuse for a dealership

I may have bought the car I was interested but when salesman test drove the car he thought there maybe a transmission issue. He stated he’d have the mechanic look into it when he go to the dealer and let us know what he thought. No info from him in the status of the vehicle. I did get a notice from them about another car but no mention of the one we wanted. So it did save up from a 200 mile trip (one way). We’re still looking for a used low mile rig for my son and his family.

Sales associate was ecellent but finance person (Alex) does not follow up mever called me to update on financing, went elsewhere.
