Sandra in service is the best
I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from McGovern. Overall, the car has been excellent except for a problem with the heated driver's seat. I worked with Sandra in the service department to rectify the issue. Although it took Jeep four service calls to get it right, Sandra was the best, keeping me informed, always providing a loaner car and always having a pleasant attitude.

Continued great service
My car went in for routine 6 month service, and to check on a radiator leak. Cooper was great as usual, kept me informed along the way confirmed I did have a radiator leak had the team replace the radiator and fluid and performed my oil change tire rotation all in 2 days as he needed to get parts and provided details after asking for My approval. I have been a customer of Acton “McGovern” for many years. They are very reliable, professional, treat me as a valued customer.

Never recommending this dealer!
We bought a 2020 Gladiator in the end of June 2023. Within days 2 issues came up. 1) our back window was leaking water 2) the passenger defroster/heat was not working. I was told they will fix these issues. Twice now I had to drop my gladiator off for at least a week or more each time. I will include its almost 1.5-hour drive each way for me. Both times I was told it was all set and tested. If it rains there is STILL water coming in and if you're my passenger you either have to freeze or cook since it only blows hot on high. I have called and neither Eva the sales manager or Bart in service returns calls or emails. I finally got a hold of Bart who said he will call me back. This was weeks ago and NOTHING! Horrible service. Horrible communication. I would recommend finding another dealer that actually care about the quality of the vehicle they sell and who will stand by their word.

Outstanding Service Experience
