Got me a 7 year warranty for only $10 more and dropped my rate by 2 points.

We recently visited this dealership last weekend to purchase a 2025 car. After negotiating a fair deal with our salesperson, who had to consult with the sales manager multiple times, while I was ready to sign the check we were shocked to discover that the final price was higher than the agreed-upon amount. The sales manager, Ulises Mendoza, whom we never met, was responsible for the price increase. We felt forced to pay the higher price due to the significant time invested and the fact that they had already run our credit three times without our knowledge. This experience was unlike any other car purchase or lease we've had. The deceptive sales practices employed by this dealership are unacceptable. We urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this business.

I bought a 2023 used Lexus from this dealership. The sale representative Aaliyah very nice and helpful. The paperwork processed very quickly. The only thing is the dealership didn't reset the technology to factory setting. I end up brought the car to the Lexus dealer for resetting in order to add my profile to the Lexus app.

Dealt with Carlos and Isaac. They were wonderful to work with. Immediately investigated what discounts I might be eligible for and were not high pressure at all. Highly recommend.
