Do not take your Jaguar here for service.

Do not take your Jaguar here for service. After having to call twice since the service "advisor" did not return the first call, I was shocked to discover that they have a 2 week wait for appointments for something as simple as a battery replacement if you want to wait for the car. Otherwise, you have to leave it for 2-3 days without a loaner vehicle. An appointment here requires 2 people to make 2 separate trips to change one 2-year old battery! I love my Jag but stay away from these guys for service. They just don't give a crap for Jaguar service since they no longer sell Jaguars.

Do not take your Jaguar here for service. A Very Happy Customer

I purchased a 2023 Jaguar F Type coupe on February 20th. The entire process from start to finish was perfect. Logan and David treated me just like a family member. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or previously owned Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle. All the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions about the cars and SUVs on the lot. Simply stated …a great place to fulfill your automotive dreams.

Very happy customer!!!

JLR Cary took care of us and our new 2023 Range Rover order. They had the shortest wait time for a delivery and best of all, they only charge MSRP! Pete Nash was very easy to reach and kept us updated throughout the process. Very satisfied with the truck and will be back to this for all future orders. Please please PLEASE ask for Pete Nash if you need any vehicle from JLR Cary.

The Best!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had! I was in and out very quickly. Logan had everything ready to sign upon my arrival! He took his time and answered all of my questions. I cannot say enough great things about Land Rover Cary!

Outstanding Customer Service

We bought a BMW X3 from Land Rover Carey after my wife's was rear ended and totaled. She wanted the "exact same make, model, and options. This was a long distance purchase and Trey, our salesman, went way beyond what I had expected to make the purchase happen. If we didn't live 550 miles from Cary we'd be repeat customers for life.

Excellent customer service!

I purchased a Land Rover Discovery today. From the time we walked in the building until we left, our experience and service was great! A special thanks to our salesman Curtis, he was awesome! I will highly recommend Land Rover and Curtis to my family and friends.

On 10/19/22 my 2018 Jaguar stalled and was towed to the

On 10/19/22 my 2018 Jaguar stalled and was towed to the Cary dealership, in which it was purchased from new in 2019. I was stranded over 100 miles from home and no loaner vehicles available til 11/02/22. I was pissed but I got over it. On 10/24/22 I checked for any updates...what's wrong with my car, loaner available or estimated completion date. NO, NO, & NO ! Nothing has been done and they are trying to work me in between appointments. BTW, my car had to be towed to the nearest Jaguar dealership. Now, I got to wait for days just for someone to tell me "whats wrong with it". I never thought this type of treatment was associated with Jaguar.

Professional outlet for high quality automobiles

Appointment made and honored without wait, Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, allowed extended test drive, paperwork was fast and thorough, and there was no high pressure at any step of the process.
