We are happy with our vehicle. The dealership had to go to Charleston to pick up the vehicle that fit our needs so that was nice of them. Wish financial side would've explained things better on couple areas but I didn't catch it until deal was done. but overall it was good experience. Salesman was great!!!!!!!!!!

A pleasant shopping experience
Chasity turned what is usually, at least for me, a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. She was fully familiar with every feature of the new car and answered every question I had. She was very professional and enthusiastic. Management needs to do whatever is necessary to keep her.

Superb buying experience from Hyundai of Beckley.
My sales person was Derek Stegel. He was very professional and understood the vehicle completely. He did not pressure me to make any decisions and I felt comfortable at the dealership. He answered all my questions completely. I have bought vehicles only from this dealership since 2002 and this was a very pleasant experience. I didn't take my car home the day I purchased it because I was having an upholstery treatment. Derek delivered my car promptly to my home the next day and went over all the controls again and used the easy reference guide that was given to me in my packet. I had not had anyone to take as much time as he did with me on the four other purchases I had made with Hyundai. For my future car needs, I will go to Hyundai once again. The service department is great and they all know me by my name. Thank you Hyundai for a smooth buying experience. Thank you Derek for helping me find the car that fit my needs! This was a 10 out of 10 buying experience!

A happy place
This dealership is a friendly place to go to. Employees are friendly, offer coffee and a snack. They all seem to know anything you ask and if they don't they ask someone who does and don't leave you in the dark. I will continue to have my service work done there.

bought a car and a couple of things I did not need
my husband and I went to the dealership with the type of car desired already decided; we were able to select a car, based on the employees' recommendation, rather than the car we were initially interested in. at the time of signing the purchase contract, gap insurance and a warranty were added without any prior discussion of either.

No pressure buying experience.
We previously had owned a Santa Fe for 13 yrs and always took it back to this dealership for any service required so know this is a great dealership for follow up service. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and Derek was able to find exactly what I wanted. We already had financing arranged, however the financial dept was able to offer us a lower rate, which we appreciate very much! After the paperwork was signed I was taken to service dept and introduced and received certificate for a free oil change. My bluetooth was setup for me and a full explanation of all the features on the dashboard was given. This was a very pleasureable buying experience with no pressure on the part of the dealership. Would return if ever buy another new vehicle.
