Crazy Cars

Called to inquire about a car and get a simple out the door price, and what’s with spamming my phone just to setup a test drive. Wouldn’t work out a price with me without coming in, meanwhile I was able to get 2 other quotes from their competitors. I don’t have the patience or the time to go to several dealers just to get a simple price quote. No wonder the poor reviews!

Clearly just checking boxes. Looked at 3 different vehicles that were listed with them and all 3 had sunroof, adaptive cruise, and heated steering wheel listed as having those options. When looking at the pictures the vehicles had none of those options. If I can’t trust them to look over the post, how could I trust them to get the paperwork right? Do better

This place is horrible they are liars cannot give a honest answer about the price of a vehicle I should have listened to all the bad reviews folks please stay away from this place!! Deserves oo stars

BELIEVE the bad reviews! I chose to ignore them as I really liked a car I saw. I thought, "Don't go to this place. It's bound to be one of those sleazy roadside car dealers." And boy, was it! A rundown shack on the side of the road with the "manager" in a baseball cap, sweatshirt and reeking of cologne that STILL is polluting my nose. This place is the worst hole in the ground I've ever been to (trust your instincts, I should have). ADD TO THAT (and don't be surprised) they advertise prices YOU will never get. And we - who wanted to pay CASH for a car that's been on their lot over 6 months - had the price jacked up over $10K for that reason. As others have said, run don't walk from Crazy Cars (an apt name) in Hillside NJ.

Seems good at first prices are good but after you sign you are nothing to them. Our temporary registration has been expired almost a month now and they have no response to help Also needed many repairs for Pennsylvania inspection they said they cover parts for 60 days according to NJ law Well they just ignore our calls I would recommend going elsewhere Regardless of the good prices

Came in late last night due to being stuck in traffic thankfully Renato had everything ready and we got done in a timely fashion. Appreciate all the help.

ASK FOR RENATO!! Walked into the dealership as a first time buyer. He walked us around the lot and then sat down with us. He was open, honest and straight forward. The car had some minor issues so he talked to management and got them fixed. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of used car. The selection is wide as well as the price ranges.

Renato was amazing he helped me buy my first Range Rover defender I was skeptical at first but he calmed my nerves and showed me how’s its professionally done thank you Renato !!!!
