Carlos met us at the door and was a great professional through the entire process. We told him which car we were looking for and what we wanted to spend, and he got it done. He even stayed a couple hours late to hand us the keys before we left with our car. We got Carlos by chance. You need to ask for him when you get out of your car. Hawk did an excellent job working a deal with our trade. The financing and document signing with Randi was the friendliest, easiest process we have had in our experience of buying 9 cars from dealerships over the years. Chris is running a great operation, and he made sure we were treated well and satisfied. We would gladly buy another car here just based on our experience with these four people.
