The purchase experience was much better here than other

The purchase experience was much better here than other cars I’ve bought, it was quicker and straight forward. I also appreciated the delivery specialist, Sam Willis, sitting with me and going through all of the car features and the My Hyundai application. End to end it was a first class operation.

I have a 2020 Bolt that I bought here.

I have a 2020 Bolt that I bought here. The charging mechanism has failed 3 times. So I cannot charge my vehicle!! It runs on electricity!! I am in service now and hear that Chevy has not come up with a fix YET! That is entirely unacceptable!!! The fix is a software fix! It requires hiring programmers to fix or clean up their code!! This is very doable!! This is entirely a failure of Chevy to prioritize their electric vehicle customers!

Just purchased 3rd car at Herb Connolly and second car

Just purchased 3rd car at Herb Connolly and second car from Sam in one year! Sam is fantastic! Helpful, friendly and explains everything! My motto is “Hyundai for Life”! Sam sold me a Sonata Limited in 2021 and in June 2022, someone who was texting rear ended me at a high speed and totaled my one year old Sonata. Several professionals said that the safety features in the Sonata saved me from much more serious injury. I called Doug Connolly and he said to come in and work with Sam again. I wanted a Tucson Limited and Doug and Sam had 2 Amazon Gray Limited SUVs and test drove it, loved it and bought one. Excellent experience and Dan in Finance made the finance process very easy and quick. Josh was excellent in going over every detail of the car on the day of pickup! Highly Recommend Sam, Dan, Josh, Doug and Herb Connolly Hyundai!
