Had such a great experience at the dealership! Ricky Espino was honestly the best, super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole process so smooth and never once made me feel pressured. I ended up with a car I absolutely love, and I’m so happy with how everything went. Rep was great, no hard sale, spent time with me, looking
Rep was great, no hard sale, spent time with me, looking at various options. Manager was also easy to work with and make my deal happen. Made extra effort to make deal happen and drive car out that night (stayed an hour after closing!). Found a spot later on car, without hesitation, took it to shop and buffed out, they could have easily not done this. Great experience!

I'd be very careful... After several convos and reassurances of no surprises. I made the nearly 12 hour round trip to purchase with cash a "beautifully well maintained" low mileage vehicle. This car was misrepresented to get me there. It wouldn't pass a simple safety inspection, had several undisclosed paint concerns, and didn't even have a key to the door. They clearly provided false info to CarFax about maintenance performed by their service shop.
