I brought my car in to be serviced.
I brought my car in to be serviced. After about a week in the shop they called me saying a loaner had just been returned and I could pick it up if I wanted to. After two days of driving the loaner they provided, I went to put something in the drivers side door cup holder, and saw a small plastic bag filled with a pink powder substance (resembling drugs). I immediately called Jaira (the employee who gave me the loaner) and reported it to her, along with sending a photo. She said "omg that's crazy" and said she would tell her manager the next day. Two days later I picked my car up and requested to speak with a manager, Jaira said there was no manager available. Andrew (a manager) then asked what was going on. He had nothing to say. They told me my car was ready, and when I got in, I saw they left a box full of random car parts in my back seat. Andrew called me after leaving, and told me he was going to call me on Monday with an offer before I decided to report the dealership to corporate. I never got a call on Monday, so I found another managers contact information on Google named Johnathan. I emailed him regarding what happened. He called me and his first response was "Did you return the box of parts?" As if that was the main issue at hand, not the fact that they provided a loaner car that had a bag of drugs in it. He went on to tell me that I had no proof there was drugs in the bag because I didn't test it. This place is a joke and has no regard for customers or the services they are providing. I didn't want to get anything out of them but for them to actually take the situation serious and take accountability for their negligence. Not a single person there cared about the fact that they not only exposed me to an illegal substance, but also could have put me in legal jeopardy. If you want to risk getting charged with possession of drugs that you didn't even know you were possessing, this is the dealership for you. Side note, they also put completely wrong information on my service records documents, and when I went to get it fixed, I was told I had to come back at 7:30 in the morning for THEIR screw up to be fixed.

Excellent customer service from the whole team. Employees smile and greet to when they walk by you. Fourth time at this location and I have to say that they are amazing. The customer service from the service department is top tier !

I dropped my car off after the I got a message that the
I dropped my car off after the I got a message that the engine overheated. The man who spoke to me was extremely rude and hung up on me. I went there to get my car back and have my car moved somewhere else and spoke to the owner and sales manager Andrew. Both were very nice and apologized, so I chose to give the dealership a shot. They called ma a few days after that a loaner car was available for me. After driving it for a few days, I went to put a cup in the drivers side door cup holder and found a bag of pink powder substance. I called Jhaira who had given me the loaner and the most she could say is “omg thats crazy. I’ll tell the manager tomorrow.” I sent her a photo. I’m unsure if she ever even told the manager because they never contacted me. When I went to pick my car up, I asked to speak with a manager and Jhaira said he would be in on Monday. The sales manager Andrew asked what was going on, I explained that the loaner they gave me had drugs in it. He said “so you're mad the car had weed in it” Had it been weed I wouldn’t have cared, it’s a pink powdery substance in a plastic baggy. Who knows what was in that that I could have ingested or been charged with possession of just because this dealership is negligent. On top of that, the dealership left a box of random parts in my back seat. Do not go to this dealership, they are by far the worst Jeep dealership I have gone to. They do not care about their customers and just want your money. To say they are negligent doesn’t say enough. Not a single person in there cared that I was driving around with drugs in the car that THEY PROVIDED. I can not say enough, please do not go to them.
