Lions Pre-Owned

My sales rep was Daniel Rojas, did he help me get into a vehicle yes he did however the car is a completely piece pile of junk, the car was super dirty & completely full of garbage upon taking the car. The AC does not work at all. No cold air at all. & the transmission is bad on the car. I’ll be taking to today hopefully they can resolve the issue for me but please evaluate the vehicle before you let yourself be scammed by this company. For reference I got a 2014 jeep patriot. He stated I only qualified for that car with the down payment. The picture for reference is everything that was in the car the moment I stepped inside it.

REPORT THIS DEALER TO THE DMV! THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR A VEHICLE THAT SHOULD NOT BE ON THE ROAD DUE TO THE FATAL CAUSES IT CAN CAUSE. THEIR VEHICLES MISFIRE, HEAT UP, AND LEAVE YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRAFFIC. LEFT ME HOMELESS AND AS WELL AS OUT OF MONEY, THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SALE A VEHICLE AND NEVER TRADE IT OFF OR HELP YOU WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE FOR YOUR SAFETY. Horrible service. Managers ignored me and were sitting right in front of the stupid screens this whole time they saw me in and out for my vehicle to be fixed. I spent over 3K and still. I was cursed with this horrible place.

A horrible experience, a constant lie, they have had my money for 3 weeks and I still don't have my car, I already know that they are offering it to other people and they just said that the engine doesn't work and that they have to change it, it's a scam, I don't recommend them at all, be very careful when you go to this place, they are lions, but they are experts at lying. Be careful, don't go to this place, don't let yourself be scammed.

Wish I could have gave 0 starts. I went to lions pre-owned for a vehicle, the vehicle I wanted they ran a diagnostics and said it needed a engine replacement which they was going to do, I refuse to take the jeep atp, they offered me a 2014 GMC Acadia I agreed with that one. In less than a month that vehicle left me and my kids stranded twice. Now there is no kind of communication they refuse to communicate. Gabriel one of the salesman he will do or say anything to keep your money. Please don’t buy from these people they sell lemons and rip you off.

Don't buy from these people. They will rip you off and then tell you that you owe more money then what was agreed upon. They don't fix the vehicle either and they don't run like they should. You have to keep repeating yourself count of them not knowing too much English.. I was very disappointed with these guys. I'm not the only person either with bad reviews. Apparently there has been many but they try to hide them cause they don't want people to really know that they take advantage of people and take the vehicle from them. No one even communicate with each other as well. Bad people. Bad business and I have already spoken to better Business bureau and they don't look good from what I saw. Don't be surprised when they all of sudden go out of business. I will never deal with these guys and I have already told many to not go to these people or dealerships. Rotten to the core

I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of my car at the Lions dealership. The service was excellent, and the sales team was attentive and transparent throughout the whole process. I will definitely do business here again!

FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS!!!!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! LEGIT CROOKS & UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING & IT WILL BE ANOTHER!!!! I AM BEGGING YOU , DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, SAVE YOURSELF. LITERALLY ONE OF MY BIGGEST REGRETS IN MY LIFE IS TRUSTING THEM AND GETTING A VEHICLE FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!
