Bait and switch. The dealer is a total scam make people drive hours just to find out that they want to show me an unrelated vehicle for sale

I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Esv 9/30/23 it was inspected 9/24/23 I moved to PA and had to get the Cadillac inspected there and it would NOT pass inspection I was told it needed ball joints, struts, motor mounts engine oil cooler gasket leaking on to the tailpipe with this said how can it have passed VA inspection if all of this needed to be done to pass inspection? I called spoke to George and he did NOTHING about this situation now I am out $2,900 because of this. If your gonna sale used vehicles you need to make sure your are inspecting the cars and NOT slapping stickers on your cars on your lot because my opinion I feel this is exactly what happen here. I am NOT happy about this situation the cadillac has been parked in the garage ever since Nov 1,2023 because I was waiting to get the tags for PA because you can not get an inspection or emissions until the tags arrive so now I am out this money so my advice if you buy a used car get your local auto mechanic to check out the car. Lesson learned never buy from this place ever again.

I have never written a review. Never been interested or bothered enough to do so. But I feel this is a public service. This dealership is trash. My daughter was looking for a particular vehicle with particular options. She found it there. I called nearly a dozen times to confirm it was as listed. It was a 3.5 hour drive. I explained I would not want to waste an entire day if the car was not exactly as advertised. I was told it was perfect, they sent pics and video. I was told it would be out and detailed ready to go when I arrived. It wasn't. The salesperson wasn't even there. They finally get the car out and it has clearly be wrecked--cracked wheels, dented door (all hidden in the pics). Was told they would have the wheel replaced by Tuesday (why replace a wheel on a car in "perfect" condition?) Was offered a $300 discount for my "trouble. They admitted it was wrecked. I wasted a day. These guys are extremely dishonest and care only for a sale. Stay away.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

Price of car was reasonable, however got a big surprise when they added $3.5 k as “lifetime warranty” for the car which is half the cost of the car. Dealer is non transparent and somehow deceitful. Just do your research .

Dishonest, liars, reporting to BBB. DO NOT TRUST. Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Called to verify vehicle was available and price was correct, Salesman Tim confirmed both. Drove two hours and test drove car, told Tim I was ready to purchase and would be paying cash. Met with the sales manager and had him write out all extras and total price. He then tells me he needs to speak with his boss to complete the paperwork. Comes back and says the price was advertised wrong and ups it by $4k. Said they just put it on the site and hadn’t got a chance to correct, total bs because I’ve been watching the vehicle for three weeks. I said even Tim, the saleman said the price was correct. Sales Manager then says….Tim is dumb and doesn’t know what he’s doing. I knew it was time to get out of there when the sales manager is willing to disrespect his co-workers. Again, buyers beware!
