Not often you leave a dealership feeling satisfied - but...

Not often you leave a dealership feeling satisfied - but I just did. Great experience at Brigham-Gill Dodge. I am one of those who does lots of research before purchasing an automobile, including getting multiple quotes from dealerships. What I found out was that from what I could tell - the upfront pricing at Brigham Gill was in fact in line (maybe a small difference) compared to the quotes I was able to get from other dealers for their best price. The fees at Brigham Gill were in fact about $100 more than other dealers had quoted me - but overall that is small potatoes. I also felt that we were able to get a fair trade in value for our car. Everyone needs to recognize that their used car is always more valuable to them than it is to anyone else! What I liked was that Patrick was very easy to work with - answered my questions, was responsive, and I did not feel any upsell pressure. The final purchase went smoothly. There were very little tricks or hidden agendas. Only very briefly did Randy the business / finance manager offer me the extended warranty packages - otherwise he just kept the paperwork moving and was extremely pleasant. This is my first American car after purchasing Japanese for decades. Let's hope that this new Durango keeps my satisfaction level going. I would go back here for service and future sales.

Great deal, awesome service. No games and quick turnaround. Would happily purchase from here again. Picked up a new 2014 grand Cherokee just the way I wanted it with options in stock.

For the past six years, I've been a loyal customer to Brigham-Gill in Natick for all of my vehicle's servicing. As I sit comfortably in my leather seat watching the local news on their HD flat-screen TV, I am gladly taking advantage of the free wi-fi that's provided to let you, the reviewer, know that I'm completely confident in the routine maintenance work that is being done to my Dodge. From scheduling a simple oil change, to the tune-up my car is currently undergoing, I know that every time I walk-in, I'm greeted with professionalism and sincere, straightforward honesty from Ed Saunders, an exceptional Service Advisor, to the warm, pleasant greeting I always receive from Janice in the waiting lounge. I am certain in the words I have chosen to describe my once (and future) service experiences at Brigham-Gill not solely out of personal preference but rather the proof of my vehicle never having a single maintenance-related issue due to the exceptional work I attribute to Brigham-Gill; my car is just over 100k miles.

Experience with Used Car Subsidiary Countryside

I recently went to look at two vehicles at Brigham-Gill's subsidiary Countryside Auto. We went out to look at two Jeeps. One was a trade-in, a red Jeep, from a long time customer of Brigham-Gill and the other had less known about it. Bill, the GM, gave a nice overview of the history of the red Jeep that was traded in at Brigham-Gill, and it all matched up well with the CarFax (which is nice but doesn't always give the best info). We ended negotiating with Bill on the red Jeep. Bill was up front and accommodating with the trade-in and purchase price negotiations. We quickly settled on a fair price and I was off to set up the financing and insurance. Over the next few days Bill was responsive and pleasant to work with as we arranged things with the parties involved. After picking up the vehicle and getting it home, I tested the various mechanical features to ensure everything was operational. I noticed that when trying to shift the vehicle into 4WD Lo, the "Service 4WD System" message came up with no attempt to shift into 4WD Lo. Bill was very accommodating when I called and over the next few days we got an appointment set up with the Brigham-Gill's service department. The 4WD system just need recalibration, so that was taken care of (without cost under the used car warranty). I am very pleased with my interactions with Brigham-Gill and their subsidiary Countryside Auto.

I have owned 3 other Jeeps prior to this purchase, and...

I have owned 3 other Jeeps prior to this purchase, and never have I been met with such outstanding professionalism, or such a vast knowledge of Jeep products. Working with Patrick was painless and quick. He was very patient with us and did everything he could to make my wife feel comfortable driving the Jeeps we were interested in. The price they offered us on the new Jeep and the trade-in value of our car was more than we could have asked for. Both manager and the owner came over to congratulate us and to thank us for our business. I would recommend Brigham-Gill over any other dealership in the area. We visited 4 other Jeep dealerships before Brigham-Gill and to be honest that was a waste of time and an exercise in futility. Not one had a sales professional like Patrick Read, and not one was even close on the final numbers, without trying to take advantage of us first. My wife was very uncomfortable with the car buying process until we met with Patrick on Saturday. Thank you again for the hospitality.

My salesperson, Nick Pesiridis, was very informative and professional. No pushy sales tactics and no running back and forth with ridiculous pricing. I was given a very nice deal right away, better than any other dealership I visited.
