You guys don’t care about where anyone lives if they’re not close enough to come in today you won’t sell them a car because you don’t sell online but you advertise cars online. Absolute trash company and I hope no one ever buys a car from you again or attempts to. It’s no wonder all of your reviews are negative

We called multiple times to confirm the price, put in a credit application, and talk financing. We were told they couldn’t discuss financing details, but we were approved. I had to call every time for follow ups. We were told the price was 24,775 out the door. They would give us an in transit tag and we’d handle the tax and tags in our state. We decided to drive the 4 hours, which they were aware of. 10 minutes from our arrival we see the listing had been upped to 31,050. When we arrive we say nothing about the change in listing and check out the car. The car was not in great condition. We confirmed yet again the price with the sales rep and she said 24,775. We were willing to pay this. We went in to discuss the details of the financing and they told us they had a 3000 pre inspection fee, plus additional fees (we didn’t catch the name of). The sales rep sat on her phone during the talk. Very unprofessional. The manager came over. We said we talked to somebody on the phone and she told us it was 24,775 out the door. They said “well she’s just the secretary”. I let them know they shouldn’t be putting her on the phones to handle these things. They then said that 31,050 was the accurate price and that it was a “typo” after we spoke to multiple people on the phone who confirmed the price along with the vin number when we filled out our credit application. Then it was that they were confused with another vehicle. We watched this vehicle for over a month. Crooks! 10/14/2024 after my review they commented saying they hoped they’d earn my trust back but have offered no resolution.

Waste of time.
Waste of time. They mislead you by posting an add for cars they do not have in their possession. The prices are extremely understated and misleading. Law enforcement should throw them in jail.

1 Star is too high for this dealer. STAY AWAY. Categorizing the salesmen as "sleaze bags" would be too kind. Let me provide you a summary of my experience. I planned to buy my daughter a RAV4 for graduate school. She saw a low price for it on-line, so we decided to travel an hour to get to the dealer. She called in advance to schedule a test drive. When we arrived, we were told that we could not test drive the vehicle until we went over "the numbers." I never heard of anything so ridiculous, and said what numbers did we need to know other than the sale price, which we re-stated from the website (I think it was carfax). They did not advise that the price was wrong (or actually $3,500 below what they considered the price to be). We then find out the car is in another lot, and will take 30 minutes to get here. The car arrived in 40 minutes, and we were allowed to test drive it (without agreeing to a price, which according to another review is a miracle for this dealer). Toyota makes a good vehicle so we were happy after the drive. We then go in to discuss price. This is where it gets interesting. The price listed on the website was $28,450. The salesman says that the car in ultra-clean shape would be worth $36k, which is higher than the new car price (and this is a used car). The print out he shows states the price is $31,950. The $28,450 price we saw assumes that (1) we provide a trade-in car for $2,500 and (2) receive a $1,000 discount for financing the car. I asked for a straight price without a trade-in car. They asked how good my credit is. I said it was exceptional and that I could pay cash. I asked again for a cash price. No response. I asked why the website did not state the $31,950 price. The salesman advised that carfax may take the lowest number and that the carfax website states to check the dealers website, which provides this breakdown. They know how these websites work (and I stated this to them). I argued that this was misleading and walked out. BAIT and SWITCH. These people are pariahs. The NY AG should look into their business practices and I intend to file a complaint. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Bait and switch. Advertised price is much lower than actual price. They wont let you test drive the car until you actually agree to pay the higher price. When i asked for a manager they just sent another sales person over with the same story. Very shady business. Zero customer service.

Horrible experience!
Horrible experience!! Scheduled an appointment 2 days prior and confirmed again the day of the appointment for one specific vehicle and got a confirmation 3 times that the vehicle is ready to test drive and drive home as soon as the paper work is done by phone and email between their sales representative named Ana an I so there is no room for mistakes or misunderstanding before I take that long drive from Maryland to Yonkers Dealership in New York!! But after all that and after driving all the way from Maryland and dealing with the traffic for the the total of 7 hours, I get there and waited for 35 minutes before I get someone to help and when one of them did I come to find out that that very same vehicle was not ready for sale, never serviced like Ana told me and never even been looked at or inspected to see if it was Road worthy!! For God sake the didn't even wash the Van to make it a little presentable, Cracks on the windshield, very noticeable oil leakage dripping on the ground when starting the van for only 30 second and more! I mean it was so unprofessional business practice and Zero customer service, Zero honesty from there sales representatives and Zero transparency when it come to hidden fees that it made no sense at all and I'm not talking about the rebate discounts and all that because I understand that and I was going to pay for the vehicle by cash in full price without any trade plus all the taxes and documentation fees but getting ripped off paying exactly $7275 over the advertised price before even paying DMV fees, Title, State Taxes, And applicable Finance Charges!!!! So it is a clear and simple case of ripoff, unprofessionalism, horrible customer service we had to sit there and wait for the total of almost 3 hours at the place with no working restroom no coffee or even cup of water My hand to God this was the worst experience ever!!!

Bunch of lies.
Bunch of lies. The price was completely different than internet prices when I come to the xxxx hole they show me the Porsche but not allowed to take test drive because I was not agreed to higher price then the internet price. When I told them we will start dealing from the price are on internet then that tell me that if I not agreed to the increased price then that not going to even give me a test drive. I stand up and go. When I go being car I am not going play a game. To be honest to the featured potential clients, Stay Away. You will save time and not deal with xxxxxxx. Worst experience ever.
