Berry Fisher was a very nice man he was swift with

Berry Fisher was a very nice man he was swift with getting me a nicer newer car, was very friendly and respectful. He was very kind and happy and made sure we had the best deal he could possibly give us.

Took my Kia Rio in yesterday.

Took my Kia Rio in yesterday. For a wheel sensors went bad. Still under warranty. All day they told me nothing yet. Later find out never touched it. Said A Mr Garrett. Well said first things first this morning now it's 3:17 haven't heard #1 word. I hope they didn't let it sit 2 day

I had a great experience at Car Town Kia in Nicholasville. Evan was helpful and made my experience a lot less stressful. I haven't chosen my new car yet but will definitely return for further shopping with Evan at Car Town Kia in Nicholasville!

My car is not drivable due to a malfunction and recall

My car is not drivable due to a malfunction and recall with Kia’s manufacturing. My entire engine has to be replaced which is covered under Kia’s lifetime warranty. However this dealer promised a loaner car while my car undergoes repairs, but after 7 days has done nothing to accommodate my issue. The staff seem unenthused to help with this matter, short and sharp with evasive responses, and make me feel unwanted as a melanated customer. My calls, texts, and requests remain unanswered. Even when speaking to the higher ups after my concerns were escalated, I’ve been treated horribly by each individual in this establishment. Again, this is a warrantied issue that has absolutely nothing to do with anything I’ve done. My car has no lien and no note, yet this is the appreciation I receive as a loyal customer. Completely Disappointed and dissatisfied!

After a representative wrote on my complaint here as well as on google asking me to email him to handle the matter “promptly“, to no avail. I emailed this morning to still receive no response. Again, the issue is warranted as told to me by this dealership and another. Fault code P1326, Knock sensor which is covered under the Lifetime Warrant. I provided my registration to prove ownership which was all that was originally required. Now that I’ve escalated the matter, I am being asked for a bill of sale for a car I bought nearly a year ago. Ridiculous!!! My car has yet to be worked on nor have I been provided a loaner car. Anthony in service has given me different, conflicting answers, and continues to be evasive. This afternoon I received a call from the service manager, Tim, who attempted to hang up on me when I very calmly and respectfully vented my frustration. He specifically told me he’s not going to listen to how I feel on the matter. This is completely unacceptable. The service Kia has provided, or lack of, is terrible!!!!!!!

I am not sure where to start with describing the experience I had recently with Adam and Patrick. My husband and I came in not necessarily looking to purchase a new car but looking for clarification and resolution to an old situation. Adam sat down with us and listened, cared what we had to say and understood our needs. He was caring, compassionate, and professional. He was able to help put us into a 2025 Kia Sorento that we absolutely love. Adam and Patrick helped us get into our dream car with a warranty that will give us a peace of mind for years to come. Patrick was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us every nook and button on our car. They both worked late in the evening to get our deal closed. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase and look forward to doing business with them in the years to come. I highly recommend Patrick and Adam if you are in the market for a new car. Kia has come such a long way, and we are so incredibly happy! Thank you to Car Town Kia and both Adam and Patrick!

Our buying experience was great.

Our buying experience was great. However, 3 months later our vehicle completely shut down due to engine failure. This is a newer vehicle that came with what they will tell everyone, an "excellent extended warranty." One reason we went with Kia was because of this so called "great warranty". Our vehicle sat in their parking lot for 3 and a half weeks with out being touched. My wife had to make call after call on the day they finally did take a look at it. We were basically laughed at when asking about a loaner or rental. We asked again today because it's been over a month now and we were told they would look into it and let us know but like every other call we make asking for something, we've heard nothing back. It takes dozens of calls to get someone on the phone and after a month it is still being insinuated that this is somehow our fault. Our salesman won't even return our texts or calls. This entire process has been heartbreaking. At least we get to hear how great the waranty is on the radio 10 times a day!
