I was looking for a vehicle at Felix Chevrolet and, at

I was looking for a vehicle at Felix Chevrolet and, at first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I was contacted quickly, asked about the vehicle, any add-ons, and given an out-the-door figure — all within 4 hours. Since everything looked good, I scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. I even showed up early and messaged to confirm, and they replied right away that the vehicle was ready and waiting. So, I drove over an hour through LA traffic, expecting a straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that’s where things fell apart. When I arrived, the salesperson I had been dealing with wasn’t available (which I understood since I was early). Another salesperson tried to help, but they didn’t know much about the situation. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I was told the vehicle was not available — it had been sold. No one thought to notify me before I made the long drive, and neither the salesperson nor the manager showed any real sympathy. The manager didn’t even come out to explain or apologize. Instead, they tried to switch me to another vehicle, which felt like the all-too-typical dealership tactic. I politely excused myself and drove another hour back home, frustrated and disappointed. In my opinion, this is a dishonest and inconsiderate way to treat customers. If this is how they handle business, I recommend staying clear of Felix Chevrolet. They do not deserve your time or your business.

This people advertised a car that they did not have, them

This people advertised a car that they did not have, them they offered me another, and they said the car will go on fuel repairs back to the dealerships and then over the weekend they called me to offer me a different car next thing I know Tuesday when I call them they had sold the car appearantly. My friend contacted them with the same car they still advertised another platforms and they called them back these people are completely messed up. Is there a customer service horrible they were very immature and unfortunately I did not get any vehicle and the one that I was wishing for.

(Updated Review) I want to update my review to reflect my full experience at Felix Chevrolet. When I first came in, I had a rough start and left feeling frustrated. However, Nick personally reached out and invested the time to turn things around. He was patient, professional, and answered all of my (many!) questions. Nick also helped me with insurance and made sure I fully understood the process, which I really appreciated as a first-time car buyer. Special thanks as well to Angel, who is an excellent sales representative. He walked me through everything step by step, clarified all my concerns. Both Angel and Nick worked hard to make sure I left with a deal I was truly happy with. In the end, they got me an incredible deal—better than I ever expected. What stood out the most is that they really wanted to earn my trust and make sure I left happy. If you’re looking for honesty, great deals, and people who actually care about their customers, I highly recommend asking for Nick and Angel at Felix Chevrolet. I’m so glad I chose this dealership! 🙌

I found a vehicle to purchase for a family member at

I found a vehicle to purchase for a family member at Felix Chevrolet and reached out to the dealer to confirm price and availability for an all cash purchase. They confirmed the vehicle was available for their advertised sales price shown on the Chevrolet.com website which included a $5,500 "Felix Labor Day Savings" discount. After a test drive, I said I'd buy the vehicle and told them to draw up the contract. Only at that point did the dealer reveal that there were no less than $5,000 of preinstalled dealer aftermarket add-on's which were "already installed and could not be removed". These included completely unnecessary and useless things like multiple body protection coatings. Do NOT believe any "sale" prices you see from this dealer as in reality they do not exist. I drove a fair distance to purchase the vehicle and to have them pull this kind of bait and switch at the last minute is beyond the pale.

Jonathan was outstanding.

Jonathan was outstanding. Got me what I needed and I was in and out within an hour and a half. That was incredible considering I came in at 3:30 last minute. Can?t say enough about his service. I?m giving a five star simply because of him. I will say that they did not set my tire pressure like they should, have.

I never had to step foot in to Felix Chevrolet, which is

I never had to step foot in to Felix Chevrolet, which is one reason why I gave Felix 5 stars. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Everything was done over email including Docusign, credit check, getting the appropriate terms needed to do the deal at all. Once all set and done, our sales guy Jonathon drove over an hour to us during traffic time to deliver the car to us with a red bow that I asked for so we could surprise our son and get photos of him with his new truck. I will be sharing our experience with as many people that I can. Thank you for such a smooth purchase.

I am writing as a returning client to express my concern regarding the recent delivery of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I noticed that the car was delivered with damages that were not disclosed prior to signing the documentation. Upon bringing this to the attention of your team, it appeared that the concerns were not acknowledged, which was disheartening. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Felix

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Felix Chevrolet and would not recommend them. Despite providing my pre-approval, they ignored it and used their own bank instead, without even submitting my pre-approval through my bank. This lack of transparency was frustrating and felt deceptive. Additionally, the General manager refused to remove aftermarket parts that were not installed initially, forcing me to return the next day for installation. If he did remove those aftermarket parts my bank would of approve the loans I was initally approved for. It’s clear they mislead and lie to customers to push unnecessary aftermarket parts for used cars. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. One star.
