We can’t thank you enough! Our experience at Tasca Subaru was nothing short of extraordinary—something straight out of a movie. We walked in with the odds stacked against us, but the amazing team (Walter, Roger, Igor, and Naverick) turned everything around and made it POSSIBLE for us to join the Subaru family. I can't believe the tremendous effort, respect, and care the whole team showed us. I will absolutely recommend Tasca Subaru to my family, friends, and anyone who will listen. The lot is a mess and the show room is dingy grey
The lot is a mess and the show room is dingy grey atmosphere. I leased a Crosstrek from a different dealer years ago and exchanged it at Tasca during the pandemic for a Forester. All was complete via the internet and phone. Just the pickup was in person. With the lease expiring, I tried to do the same thing. Picked the car and completed the deal virtually and only had to come by and exchange the vehicles. It took 3 hours to accomplish this when everything was agreed upon in advance. I offered every piece of information needed to get the paperwork done in advance. The service was awful and I only got any service when I became agitated and the GM got involved. My wife has had similar service at Tasca VW. If Tasca is in the name, don’t go.

I want to give high marks for a recent service
I want to give high marks for a recent service appointment. I had to order the part, and then made the appointment to have it installed. It was a part that had a lifetime warranty I was told, so I was happy with the honesty in which the matter was handled. The service appointment went very smoothly. The service advisor, Charlene Russo, went out of her way to ensure a swift installation and completion of the job. Charlene was fantastic! The other people I spoke to there were also very helpful when I noticed a small issue after the fact, and it was taken care of quickly, and without question! I've always had trouble trusting other dealers' service department, but your service area gets high marks from me. Charlene and the rest of the staff, from parts to installation, were top notch, and will be a big consideration when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, and will easily recommend Tasca to others for that same reason Thank you!!!! The salesman was really nice and the final price of the car was very straightforward. Thumbs up there. The finance department, however, misled me as to the conditions of the loan with their partner bank. (The details are too convoluted to get into in a review; suffice it to say I asked direct questions and was given direct answers which turned out to be very wrong.) So I had to spend the next week figuring that out and refinancing the loan with my bank instead of theirs. Overall, a decent experience--I like the car, and the price--but I would suggest that you stick with the financial plan you go in with and don't let them talk you into doing it the way they prefer. That department seemed more interested in getting the deal done quickly than getting it done in my best interest. (The manager called me after seeing my complaint and apologized. He seemed genuinely concerned, and said he would make sure the situation won't happen again to others.)

I'm super pleased with my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Plug-in! My salesperson, Sonangie Sequi was terrific! She took ample time to explain how the hybrid works, and reviewed all the new features. She very patiently answered all my questions. And even sent me a video to help me learn about my purchase. I am happy and grateful!!

Just leased a '24 Outbank from Tasca. The esperience could not have been more pleasant. Will McGuirk, the salesperson, was engaging, knowledgeable, informative and possessed of great patience. There was no high pressure, just a car guy looking to answer all my questions, finding the best deal within my budget and anxious to explain the vehicle to me in great detail. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend Tasca and Will to any potential customer.

Best experience ever. When I walked into Subaru for the first time and was greeted by this wonderful young man name Jeffrey Deleon . This was my first time leasing a car instead of purchasing. Jeffrey sat down with me and was very patient he took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation in a very professional and friendly manner. I was interested in several cars and was pleasantly surprise to notice how knowledgeable Jeffrey was with the cars. He helped me decide what car would be the best fit for me in both size and economically . I chose the Subaru (Crosstrek) and love it.
