NYC Exotic Cars

This facility is beyond unprofessional. I had an appointment at eleven for a test drive and staff didn't start walking in until 1130-1145. The guy at the front desk said he couldn't help me and told me to walk around the lot on my own and look for the car I was coming to see. He couldn't even tell me if it was in the lot. I wasn't seen until 1230. On the phone I was told price was negotiable if I brought cash, which I did. Then at the dealership they said price was fixed and after calculating everything, it would end up one thousand dollars MORE than the listed price. They then tried to up sell me on a different car. Finally I was told that there was a leak in the transmission of the car I wanted, and the rotors and breaks all needed to be fixed before I could test drive it. Why would they book an appointment for a test drive knowing all of this was wrong? What a waste of a trip from Queens all the way into Brooklyn. I will never go to this dealership again and will tell everyone I know looking for a car to avoid this place.

I went there for a 2016 Mercedes Benz and they said that the car is not there and needed a repair so we drove from the Bronx to flatland for nothing

I scheduled a test drive only to find out the Honda CR-V they are advertising didn’t have gas and they need to do repairs on it before I could test drive . Total scam to get you in the dealer and sale you other cars you didn’t go for.

Scam. I went there from the Bronx for the CRV and the guy came up with a bunch of rude behaviors. DO NOT GO THERE.
