Jim A was awesome! Very friendly, patient and easy to talk to. I was dreading the whole car selection process, but he made it enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending this location to others.

New car purchase experience

The experience was wonderful . I was given all the information and my sales person made me feel like he would help find the car not to mention explain everything possible. He even brought up things I didn't ask about . He was a gem and the finance person was so carful bringing all the items to my attention without feeling like he was selling me . I would buy a car again in a heartbeat

Can't find any better......Worthington Ford!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with Worthington ford for over 15 years and in all that time not once have I had a bad experience. Mike Gonzales is the reason. The service is great, car is ready on time, they never push things on you and most important they understand your needs. Give me another 15 years.

Love Worthington ford in general. Love you so much after buying my 2014 explore that we return to buy a 2015 edge we've been very happy in general and I appreciate Nick in the service department in the parts department rather. And of course I appreciate big nicks solidarity in management of the dealership!

The staff was awesome
