Daniel Harris was great to work with during my first new car maintenance visit. I arrived early but was taken care of immediately. My car was completed and back to me within an hour after a car wash...great job Crown Kia!!

I went in on a super busy Saturday and Mark still made time for me, He got me squared away for a test drive on a telluride that wasn’t even on the lot yet. Upon my return, we talked numbers a bit and whilst waiting on finance, he must have heard my stomach growling from across the desk because he offered me one of a very limited number of treats that had been brought to him that day from a bakery in his hometown near Cleveland. He saved the day with that gesture alone. We couldn’t get the deal done that day but Mark called me later that evening to say he could make it happen and came in on his day off the following day to finalize the paperwork m. Overall, a relatively painless experience buying a car. Working with Mark was a bonus, super nice guy and a fellow Browns fan to boot.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Everett went above and beyond. He showed me how to work everything and even hand buffed a few scratches for me.
