Overall a great experience.

Overall a great experience. Our salesman Jose M was amazing at addressing my concerns and needs. Made me feel at home and I didn't feel for once pressured into buying a car.

If you want a dealership who doesn’t respond thru cars.

If you want a dealership who doesn’t respond thru cars.com or directly thru their website, look no further. By the time I finally got them to respond…4 days later, they sold the car to someone else. Made excuses about being out of town…really?? You have a single person handing all used car inquiries? Then they have the audacity to ask if I’d want to look at other cars there???

Disappointed

On 8/1/2020 purchased my 2017 Volkswagen Passat with only 28264 miles at car pros Volkswagen in San Bernardino we included VW care, power protect and debt cancellation agreement. Three months later took my car to get its first service and I find out that my car was not in the system. The front desk representative and I were going back and forward that I did purchase the VW care service package, yet there was nothing in the system. I was not happy paying all that money and finding out I have nothing in the system. That day I spoke with a salesperson Yasser Shoukry and Rocky who said they are going to help me resolve the issue. Days passed and no calls, letter, or text where made. On 11/11/2020 I went back to see why I haven't been informed. I spoke to Rocky again and I found out more things that were told to me that wasn't add to my VW care. I was so disappointed, and I decided to cancel all the WV care since they only took my money and I'm not able to use the service. I was told I was going to get a full refund since the service was not used. I have proof of paperwork. today is 9/4/2023 and yet haven't received ANYTHING!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! The managers here tampered with my income to sing me up for a terrible lease agreement . That is unethical and illegal . I later learned that they put that I earned 8k monthly , to which I did not because I was unemployed . I wasn’t asked for proof of income. They gave me a lease vehicle with all types of expensive service and maintenance contracts . I tried to speak with the general manager and he is by far the most unprofessional and RUDE person I have ever met . I mean , the people that work here are awful.

The first few reviews of this stealership are spot on. I was looking to buy a id.4 and trade in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Ecodiesel with 16000 miles. KBB had the trade in value 36000 to almost 40000. They offered my 26000 like that was a great deal. I laughed and got up and walked out. I wasn't 3 miles away and they were texting me. The highest they ever got was 33000 and I told them I wanted 37000 I wasn't trying to get the 40000 as I know it's dealing not stealing. I went straight to Moreno Valley VW and got a great deal on a brand new 2023 and guess what they gave me 37000 for my Jeep as they knew the value of the vehicle. Should have knew something was up when I went into the SBVW and there wasn't anyone in there buying a vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I will never enter that dealership again even if the offered me a free vehicle.

Worst dealer ever.

Worst dealer ever. Crooks. I literally felt like they robbed from me. Swindlers. Both the sales manager and the finance manager are like mafia gangsters. They run their business on intimidation and scare tactics. It's no wonder why they have such a high inventory? The smart customers run away. And no Thank you I don't want to speak with your business manager! Is he the one that breaks my legs?

I waited six weeks for the part to arrive, only to find

I waited six weeks for the part to arrive, only to find out half way through installation that it was the wrong one. 4 months later, I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. If you are looking for a fast, communicative service, please look somewhere else. PS: The car has been at their facility this whole time.

Staff was friendly, listened to all of my concerns.

Staff was friendly, listened to all of my concerns. Unfortunately all of the items weren't able to be fixed, but that's the car's issue, not the service department's issue. It wants me to rate the sales and management department - but I did not work with these people!

Best service I’ve ever received.

Best service I’ve ever received. The shuttle driver was kind and efficient. The gentleman checking me in was fabulous. He also checked me out at the end of my service and was super pleased t. The service team fixed the issue quickly. The team surely makes the service experience the best it can be.
