My brother had a bad experience with getting a car thru these guys. He was so excited to buy his dream to then having to return do to complications. Was always giving him the run around and was suppose to fix something on car and never did. He has been running on expired temporary plates for months it doesn’t take that long to get plates and overall bad experience please don’t go to these guys

Oct 19th 2024 Update it is been a month since this review today is October 19th 2024 it is now 5 months since purchase I went to give them a visit to try to hold them accountable for selling me a car with an engine check on, but the answer I got from them was that they wanted me to drive a vehicle WITH A 4 MONTH EXPIRED TEMP PLATE ACROSS TWO STATE LINES, WITH NO BRAKES, AND BARELY ANY TIRE ON IT TO THEM OR THEY WANTED TO PUT ONE OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES AT RISK AND DRIVE THE CAR ACROSS TWO STATE LINES that’s 3 HOURS away! Or they wanted to send me the part but not pay for the labor. Also did I mention that it’s been 5 months and they STILL HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE CAR?!!! I’ve been paying almoust $900 per month plus insurance for a car to just sit in my drive way!!! Also they sold me a car with a tire almoust ready to blow!! I was pretty much forced to buy new tires my self wich I’m still waiting to be refunded for. Dream auto mall? THIS PLACE IS MORE LIKE NIGHTMARE AUTOMALL worst place to do bussiness with again I can not express this enough AVOID DOING BUSSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE!! Sep 20th 2024: Bought a car on June 29th 2024 with a check engine light on with the promise that it would get fixed and registered with in 3 weeks, it is now October 1st 2024 and they don’t want to six the car and Nether do they want to register the car at first their costumer service is good but once you sign their entire persona changes, nobody wants to help and Nether do they care, the owner and the manager don’t want to return my phone calls and every time I call they avoid me or leave me on hold for hours! If you can avoid doing bussiness with them, then avoid it i highly do not recommend buying from these people

Compré un Carro en este lugar lo llaman dream auto mall pero para mi este lugar es donde estafan al gente porque te ofrecen un servicio que no cumplen prometieron registrar mi carro en tres semanas y tengo 5 meses esperando y les llamo no me contestan fui al dealer para solucionar el problema y no me ayudaron si no quieren pasar por lo que estoy pasando no compren carros aquí porque envés que compren su dream car les ban a vender pesadillas porque eso es lo que tengo yo ahora pesadillas por no tener un carro para ir a trabajar ahora tengo que pagar Uber acer mas gastos.

Beware!! Drove over 1 hour to see a car. Confirmed pricing and availability by phone a day before. When I arrived, I was told the price of the car was $12,000 OVER the posted price. After showing all pricing listed on CarGurus, Cars.com, and their own website, they then claimed the car was already sold. Would not trust this place, what a joke

1 hour waisted. The price for vehicle was listed for $32k. On CarGuru. I was told by salesman that was the correct price. I had a cashier check for that amount. Sales mgr. informed me it was a mistake and tried to charge me 6 thousand more. This is a scamming!
