7500 mile service

This is the third new vehicle I have purchased and had serviced at the Acura dealership over the past 7 years. Owner is on site and visible to customers and staff. I highly recommend this dealership.

Outstanding Service

The service department is outstanding. Clean, convenient, easy to work with and knowledgeable. We have been using them for years with different makes of vehicles and they can do anything!

Superior Service at Acura of Reno!

I gotta say I’m impressed with this dealership and my car. Originally we had been in to get my partners Infinity serviced and we got an RDX as a loaner vehicle. As a base model it was very nice! So we decided to test drive the TLX and had Frank Lucido as our sales rep. We really liked both vehicles and Frank was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient. He was not pushy at all and gave us all the time we needed to decide between the two vehicles. We decided on a Acura RDX A-Spec and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend you see Frank at Acura of Reno if you want high quality service. Thanks Frank for all of your help!

Customer Service

As always, I am very pleased with the service I receive at Acura of Reno. When I took my car in for an oil change I also had a few items that I wanted to be checked. While discussing these items, Johnny, the service consultant, told me that I needed some other services done based on the age of my car. Reviewed with my spouse and then gave the ok. He provided a rental car and kept me informed of progress. Then when picking up my car reviewed work done and the other issues I was concerned about. This is the third Acura I have owned ( 4 with my spouse) starting with the wonderful Legend in the 1980s. Customer service is becoming more remote these days so I really appreciate when I get good service.

they help a lot

yes they help and not bushy and had lot of info the person we had was a very nice person . they let us take a test drive. they had a lot of cars to try out thank you

Car Owner

Great courteous 60K service. All work done on time and reviewed with me when I picked up my vehicle. Loaner car was provided without my requesting one.

Battery Replacement

Santiago Jimenez recently facilitated the replacement of the battery in our 2017 MDX. I had charged the unit at home so that I could get to the dealership. Santiago had the battery tested and the ‘CCA’ showed that the battery was good. Drawing on his knowledge, Santiago kept the vehicle knowing that a recently charged battery often give erroneous values. Sure enough, the battery was weak and I surely would have had a dead battery the next time I went to drive the vehicle. The battery was replaced and we were on our way. Our thanks to Santiago, and Acura of Reno, for their great knowledge and wonderful customer service.

Excellent Service Department

Have purchased 2 Acura's from Reno Acura this was my first experience with the service department as I live out of state; amazing, friendly,excellent service, highly recommend Acura Reno for purchase and repair if ever necessary. Thank You Brian

Our experience with Acura of Reno was outstanding.

Worked well with us to get us into the car we wanted. No haggle, understood our needs and budget. They were patient and not pushy.
