Never heard back from them. Was very interested in the car, beautiful 82 Corvette but, oh well..

There were no surprises during the purchase. I was informed of some of the after purchase add-ons ahead of time and discussed those over the phone with the sales person. The purchase process took less than an hour after I road-tested the car. Everything went very smoothly.

The dealership owner has his personal vehicle as part of the inventory, the car has been listed for sale since July of 2023; he's been adding miles to the car every day (the number of miles on the website are far from accurate) and the sun roof doesn't work. The sales person was very rude when I wanted to negotiate on the price taking in consideration the state of the car market is in a downward spiral, it's been listed for several months now; driven daily (BY THE OWNER) and has a sun roof malfunction. They expect someone to pay full asking price while the car is still being used, what a joke.

Extremely helpful and thorough. Did not buy a car but would consider going back. Good selection of high end vehicles.

Bought a car in October. After test driving, I informed the salesman that the air conditioner did not work. Because the car had 172100 miles, the dealership would not fix it. That was just one thing wrong with it. After the fact there is a problem with the timing system. The car died when my wife tried to drive it off the lot. Should have turned around and canceled the purchase. It had water leaks and the air box was supposedly damaged. All in all to fix everything would be in excess of $4000. The mechanic who is suppose to check these vehicles out should be fired. The salesman who sold it should be retrained in customer service. All them should have known this car had problems. Lack of Disclosure was evident.

Living in NYS purchasing a car from a dealership in WA for a residence in CA. You would expect all kinds of issues, but Definitive Motors made it easy. My salesman, Dan Langley, was effective, efficient and extremely professional. No problems with Smog or DMV. The truck is everything I had hoped for and more. I would totally recommend this dealership!!!

I was very impressed with this dealership & the salesman that assisted me. From the moment I inquired to the moment I drove off the lot with my new used vehicle! I was Treated with Kindness & Respect, & Most of all Never felt Pressured! What I hate most about going to a car lot is the Pressure the salesman give me; The cars they sell are top of the line for a reasonable price with in blue book price. I was not quite ready to purchase my used vehicle & had just been looking around on line; the price and Amazing condition was to hard to resist!
