Hudiburg Chevrolet is the best dealership I’ve ever work...

Hudiburg Chevrolet is the best dealership I’ve ever work with. My salesmen, Lowell is truly an expert in his craft. Straight up business guy really takes care of you. Im very pleased with my experience overall I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking about buying a new car. Thanks Lowell and Hudiburg family for everything truly a blessing. Sold me a damaged car! so disappointed!

I bought a Corolla 2020 for a decent price which seemed to be very clean and new! After a month I hit a deer and go to a body shop. The body shop says that it has been already damaged badly by hail and repaired in a crude way that you still can see the dents. I was not a car expert and trusted the name Hudiburg when I was buying the car! They did not disclose such a repair. Had I known I would never bought it!! UPDATE: talked to the manager, Greg. He says this is common!! and they take no responsibility for the damage! They have obviously made 4 holes on the roof (which I had not seen trusting them) weakening the roof + visible dents!! I suggest before giving them 5 stars, take your car to a body shop, service center, etc. They are absolutely dishonest.

5 years ago today I purchased my first vehicle from...

5 years ago today I purchased my first vehicle from Hudiberg. Today i purchased the 3rd vehicle. Rodney Mccrory was my sales person. He did a superior job from start to finish helping me to find and get into my new 2019 GMC Serria. Rodney is the one you want when purchasing a new vehicle. He knew the vehicle, did an excellent job in demonstrating everything and kept me well informed at all times. When i was hard on him he stayed professional and was the most courteous and customer focused salesman I have ever dealt with. A pleasure to work with Rodney and a veteran. Thank you so much Rodney for making this transaction so easy. And the sales manager, John (I believe was his name) was easy to work with as well.

They lied and left me in a bind

On Oct 5th I purchased a Nissan Rogue and traded in my HHR. At the time of the purchase I paid all cash in addition to my trade in and was promised that the sunroof cover (which was missing) would be fixed and the part was already on its way to their shop. The dealer, Will, put me in a loaner vehicle and guaranteed that the sunroof cover would be fixed within a week or 2 and id be in my new vehicle. I called every week for an entire month, asking if and when my car would be fixed for pick up; however, I kept getting the run around and people telling me that my car was still being worked on and not to rush them or they wouldn’t do a good job. Finally on a Monday after 1 month, Will called me and told me my car was ready and I needed to return the loaner by the end of the week. Then proceeded to tell me that the sunroof cover was never “found” so they could not fix the piece of my car as they promised. Hudiburg sold my trade in after 1 week of having it so I was left with a vehicle that was not in promised condition. I was left in a very binding situation because they had already sold my trade in vehicle so I either had to take another vehicle they offered that I did not want, or get a refund, find a ride to enterprise and purchase a rental until I could find another vehicle. I spoke with Ryan and Brian (used car managers) who later informed me that they could find the sunroof piece but it would be $3000 and Hudiburg refused to pay for it. Luckily these managers were able to get me into a GMC Terrain, but it was nothing compared to the vehicle I purchased. I will never go back to hudiburg again! They never should have sold me a car that was not guaranteed to be ready, they should not have told me that they ordered a part they had not ordered which raised my expectations, and they shouldn’t have sold my trade in vehicle until I had a drivable vehicle myself. I am incredibly disappointed, inconvenienced, and irritated with this entire process. I was lied to on multiple occasions and given a downgrade for the money I paid just to avoid being without a vehicle.

I want

I want to thank all of those at Hudiburg Auto!, especially Flesha! My experience was pleasant, and they really listened to my personal needs! A++ As an educator, I'm so glad I chose Hudiburg! It was a no pressure, a no hassle experience! I would recommend them, to all my co-workers and friends! I certainly will return myself, to purchase a vehicle again!

Happy, yet disappointed

I just purchased a Toyota from Hudiburg Used Car lot this weekend. Can’t beat their prices and we enjoyed working with Scotty. However, I told my sales person that I had been pre-approved and my bank would be financing my vehicle and specifically asked him not pull my credit, since there was no need to. Well, Hudiburg pulled my credit and I was dinged for a hard inquiry. My bank had pre-approved me from a previous credit pull that was done two months ago. My credit did not need to be ran again. This caused my score to go down and a hard inquiry on my credit for two years. I'm very particular of my credit score, which is why I asked them NOT to do that. In conversation with a co-worker, this happened to him as well, last month. If you are pre-approved, I highly recommend that YOU specifically speak with finance if you don't want them to run your credit. I asked for an explanation and their text response was, "Ok I just spoke with the desk. I am sorry it was just a mistake that was made when writing up all the other car deals. There is not way to reverse the points for the one pull for allegiance (granted allegiance never pulled my credit). I did find out that once your loan goes through allegiance and it shows the debt your score because of the debt will go down 40 points." I was not looking for an explanation as to what will happen to my credit, which is actually inaccurate on his part, I was asking for an explanation as to why they did something I specifically asked them NOT TO DO! Very disappointed and there is nothing to do at this point.

Our salesman was Scotty. Very nice young man. Great personality, very knowledgeable about his produce. Great to deal with & helped us thru whole buying process. Even gave us a follow text msg. Good guy !

Great place, great price.

Found a new vehicle online for my Grandparents. Great place, no hassle pricing and a very helpful staff. We saved my Grandparents over $5000 for a very comparable new vehicle they looked at buying from another dealership. Glad we made the drive. Thank you for the new car.

The best experience I ever received

Had a fantastic experience buying a vehicle from Hudiburg. Zach is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to Zach at Hudiburg if you're in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle.
