Everyone was amazing!

Everyone was amazing!! Our salesperson Danny was amazing and took great care of us! Sarah in financing was just wonderful and so nice and accommodating!! Abe the sales manager was awesome!! Worked the deal out until it was exactly what I wanted. Very impressed by this dealership and will definitely return for my next Nissan!

It was simply horrible the whole time I was with the

It was simply horrible the whole time I was with the sales person, 4 hours total and nothing resolved. I took an Uber to this dealership because I was told by their internet sale rep and told to come on that Monday and fill out all paperwork for the car I was going to buy. When I was with a sales person and they looked everything up and they told me that the car was sold on Saturday and is therefore not available for me to buy. They kept me there for 4 hours with nothing resolved as they tried to get me to lease another car for $320.00 a month for 3 years with $5000.00 down and I told them no! I found later that they could have given me the proper lease that it says on the site. I contacted Uber for my ride home and spent the next 2 hours getting home and the whole price for Uber was $225.00 round trip. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership because they are not helpful at all and shouldn't be selling cars. The whole time spent getting there and getting back the whole day was 8 hours of travel and to talk with the dealership and got NOTHING for this time wasted. Never again at this dealership!!!

Excellent experience buying a used car from Erby Eloi!

Excellent experience buying a used car from Erby Eloi! He was so helpful and wonderful throughout the entire process. They have made us a customer for life. The owner even made my husband a Cappuccino while we were waiting for the finance representative.

they low balled our trade in by over 50%, 2 other dealers

they low balled our trade in by over 50%, 2 other dealers as well as Carvana and Carmax offered $12000 to their $6000 needless to say we wont be going back there...ever

Save yourself the drive

The salesmen come off accommodating and of course interested in what you are looking for, but they lie and deceive to get you in the door. Looked at a car listed at $22,400 and the price I was given out the door was over $28,000. I was told there was a $2,599.00 CPO charge that could not be negotiated, and then was chased out the door after declining this price and told they could take $1,000.00 off that CPO charge and I would just have less of a warranty.

Very accommodating.

Very accommodating. Unfortunately we didn't make a deal as I was looking for an automatic transmission vehicle.

Shady, Terrible Sales, Manager

Shady... I called this dealership 14 times in 2 weeks about a Infiniti Q60 they had in stock, never received a call back, I actually spoke to a person 1 time for them to tell me the manager is going to contact me... "He never did" The car was listed at $29.478 2 weeks ago and now suddenly the car is $34,239... I live 200 miles from the dealership and was planning to rent a car to go pickup my new car to drive home. Had everything lined up with enterprise to rent a car, had the pre financing done so I could go grab the rental keys when everything went through but was never contacted.

Bait and switch alert!

Bait and switch alert! Beware! We live in NY and had an offer but it was not the color we wanted. So we called around looking for a black one. This dealership said they had it on the lot. Just before driving over an hour, we called again and they said, yes we have it. We get there and they don't have it, never did. What ensued next was the most stressful, confusing experience. Sadly, my niece had totaled her car and really needed to get in a car ASAP. So they found the car after hours, then a few minutes later said they didn't, then said they did. At this point my niece had to go to work so we bought the car unseen, they gave us a rental and a good deal and were supposed deliver the car to her job. She just called me and the car is not black!!!!! I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. This has to be the worst experience of all. I'll be calling Nissan corporate on Monday. Beware!!!!
