Cheerful CRew at LAX.

Disappointed

Extremely terrible service and follow up. No follow up calls and empty promises. The dealership doesn’t even have the professionalism to take accountability. Instead they blame others. I should have gone elsewhere to purchase my car. Now I have to take legal actions to resolve my issue.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! (for Selling used car)

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! DON'T sell your car here if KBB recommend you this place. I made a deal with Angelo and his team to sell my sister's car at $9.5k on behalf of my sister. My sister was living out of state, so she was not there at the time. Angelo's manager wanted to bring her in person to sign the deal, otherwise, he didn't want to buy the car. He said that there were scammers and wanted to be strict, because this was business. I was cool with it, and I understood him. I asked my sister to fly over here. She replied that she could make it 2 weeks later. I asked them if she could come here 2 weeks later and sign the contract at the price, because she was living out of the state. Angelo and his team promised me that if I didn't go to other dealers and didn't drive the car for the 2 weeks, his team would still keep the deal at the price of $9.5k. I haven't driven the car for a single mile except going back and forth to the dealership since then. After 2 weeks, the day before the visit, I confirmed with Angelo on the phone that the price was still firm with the condition he mentioned. My sister flew over here from out of state paying for her own flight ticket. I visited the dealer with my sister, who was the actual owner of the vehicle. But then, these guys start changing the deal and offered $1k lower at $8.5k claiming that the car value has depreciated $1k over the last 2 week. Same mileage, same condition as 2 weeks before. only few miles driven for going back and forth to the dealership. Angelo's manager says that the car has depreciated, and he cannot offer the price of $9.5k. He emphasized that this is business. This guy only values money, not customers. I left the dealer without hesitation. End of the story.

Make sure to call ahead

Came in to go over some possibilities for a Ram 2500 and Betty was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and even though I didn't buy yet I'll be back!

RNA Away with misleading advertising

They are definitely trying to mislead customers with falls advertising, they price the cars on cars,com then when you call them they lie about adding 5k for dealer accessories when I asked him he said pain protection on a used cars are you kidding me. Run away from this crazy place

They trick you with the advertise price

They Trick you with a certain price that you will never be able to buy the car for. They’ll say it costs whatever on the website, but they will force you to pay $4-5k or even more thousands of dollars extra for some BS additions. I was ready to buy a vehicle and said I’ll pay what you’re asking for… But what they ask for is a lie. It’s a real shame because their sales person was great… But he sat there powerless to do anything about it.
