Jordan did a fantastic job and worked with my spouse and I to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. We walked in knowing what we wanted. Jordan listened, let us test drive and then spent time negotiating with us for a fair price for the vehicle we wanted. Though new at her position, she seems passionate for her role. As she gains more knowledge of the industry, that knowledge coupled with her personality, she will go far! The lobby of the dealership can use some upgrades though. Adding complimentary drinks and snacks provides nourishment during very long purchasing negotiations. Though offered water, after 5 hours we would have liked to munch on something that we did not have to purchase ourselves. The space was also very cold! All in all, the dealership left a lot to be desired but the Employees were fantastic. Looking forward to the Summer and the top off!

If you guys cared so much than why, when so many mitsubishi outlanders are being recalled for fuel pump issues, do I have to pay 1100 to get it fixed when it should of been recalled like all the others? Why wouldnt you extend the warranty for me? You guys did nothing but give me the run around.
