DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are liars, scammers, and have zero integrity. We bought a used vehicle from this joke of a dealership, and the second we drove off the lot, the truth started showing. The car had: • A broken daytime headlight • A broken door handle • A faulty tire pressure sensor • A service light for an oil change • A service alert for the suspension system NONE of this was disclosed. Not one word. When we called them out on it, they told us, “Don’t worry, it’s all covered. We’ll take care of everything—it’ll be done in four days.” That was just them blowing smoke. A full week later, not a single update. We had to chase them down, only to be told they’re not fixing anything. No repairs. No coverage. Just a straight-up, “Yeah, we’re not doing that.” Unbelievable. They sold us a busted car, lied about fixing it, then ghosted us and refused to stand behind what they said. This place is shady, dishonest, and should not be in business. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity—run far, far away from this dealership.

They don’t want to work with you unless you can hear
They don’t want to work with you unless you can hear their line of bull on the phone . Was ready to buy a gladiator but wouldn’t talk on the phone because I couldn’t hear that well . I guess email doesn’t work for them . They sold the jeep out from under me . And wouldn’t answer my emails back afterwards. Not a very honest company . When they were Baxter it was a lot better . Just another stellantis company . I’d buy elsewhere .

This dealership sold us a vehicle with so many hidden problems, pressured us, was extremely rude and insulting. At one point we backed out but they did just enough to convince us to go through with the deal. I sincerely regret it and do NOT recommend this dealer. Run far away!!

Been emailing back and forth with them . Found a power wagon out of state with $20000 off making it $61000 . Told these guys do $16000 off a $78000 msrp and we can deal . The salesman said management agreed to it . Than sent me a message stating the msrp was $84000 msrp when can we make the deal . lol Don’t know if management was being crooked or this kid tried something . But do know I would steer clear of this dealership. Salesman was Jayson Rewolinski .

Stay clear of this dealership. Took my vehicle for a check engine light. Edwards advised a plethora of fixes. One of which was a water pump that unbeknownst to them was just replaced. My wife and I both went to this dealership to service both our vehicles until now. Do better, Edwards.

My experience was pretty interesting to say the least.
My experience was pretty interesting to say the least. They had exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately failed when it came to providing the appropriate customer service. I just don’t understand how a salesman can tell a customer that they can provide a reasonable monthly payment that fits their budget. But when it’s time to negotiate, you throw in the towel and walk away. This individual literally did everything right up until it was time to make a deal. We were completely understanding in trying to work with him, but the numbers he presented were ridiculously insane for the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. It was a complete rip off!! Not to mention that the sales manager ran after us as we were heading out the door. He was nowhere to be seen when we needed him back at the desk. Don’t come running now when you know you lost a customer! We politely left and had a much better experience right down the street at Carmax 😊

I would give zero stars if I could. I had heard horror stories about this dealer. We didn't purchase with them but became stuck with them when they bought Baxter. We have had nothing but issues and will never recommend this dealer or a Wagoneer to anyone. We have 30+ service tickets, all stemming back to technology issues that no one will take responsibility for. But we're just stuck with it? Yep. Never spending a dime with Jeep or Edward's. EVER. Save yourself and your wallet and go somewhere else.
