Dealing with Israel Pruitt was actually a good experience….unfortunately, this review is about the dealership. I purchased a F150 Lightning electric truck, which was not supposed to be sold due to multiple recalls, so I had to return the truck. They tried to sell me other very high priced vehicles but I was not interested. After about a month, I am contacted by Ford indicating that my payment is due, BUT WAIT, I DON’T HAVE A TRUCK! I contacted Jefferson Ford and spoke with the GM, Casey. He had No compassion and just blamed everybody else. He blamed Ford factory and was very rude and unprofessional. He actually yelled at me!! In his rant, he said that Ford had been paid, so I asked for proof. The fact and ROOT CAUSE is that Jefferson Ford should have never sold a car that has multiple recalls that have no date to repair. In the end, I will get this resolved with Ford Motor Credit, but I would never consider buying a Ford and especially never deal with Jefferson Ford. My suggestion is to go elsewhere, where the dealership values their customers. I feel bad for Israel, as he is a professional. I have filed a formal complaint with Ford, BBB and others. I doubt anything will will be done so I write this review as a warning about Jefferson Ford.
