This place was awesome. Chris King gave me an email quote. I walked in that night. They gave me more for my trade-in than I expected. There was no need for any haggling. No back and forth. Smoothest car buying experience I ever had.

Easy Purchase Process
Bought a new 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad two weeks ago. I knew which vehicle I wanted since I'd already checked the new car inventory and I already knew what my trade-in was worth so there were no really unpleasant surprises. The trade-in pay off and purchase process of the new vehicle went smoothly and fairly quickly. All in all, a pleasant experience.

It's usually a great experience!
I usually have a great experience, but just 2 situations made me second think my purchasing and continuing to get my vehicle at the dealer ship. When I purchased my car the salesman told me he would personally put my license plates on. When I returned, he gave me the plates and tried to get another salesman to do it, they played this game over and over until I walked out. The other experience was in the service department, a older heavy set male sitting at the computer was doing my intake. I guess he got pisssed when I changed my mind, he took my keys and through them out the door into the work area at one of the guys, who wasn't paying any attention to him. The keys hit the ground and the guy brought my car around. The intake person never apologized, but the guy who brought my car apologized for the him and his temper!

Not sure what you mean
upon arriving, someone who drove up after I did received help from service woman. When I mentioned this to her, she talked down to me and continued with the other person. I tried to explain to her, I was somewhat pressed for time, she became confrontational. That is when I decided I could not get through to her. Upon going inside, I noticed the person she had helped ahead of me had been place ahead of me, therefore, this person was able to leave with service completed, while I still waited. In addition, I told the service lady< I was completely out of fluid for cleaning my windshield, She said she would personally take care of it, After leaving, decided to clean my 'windshield ( no fluid) Upon calling back, to the service man who handled my oil change, he said "she may have run out of bottles. Now come on.... this is when I decided to make that my last visit to Meador Motors.

great from start to finish on line pricing and credit app was fast and helped being I live about 250 miles a way. arrived at dealer about 3:30 pm and test drove/appraised trade/completed paper work and drove away with new ram by 5;30 pm

Service for my car
My expirence has always been good. The one thing that bothered me this time, the long wait, waiting on the parts guy to get there with my spark plugs. That was too long of a wait. All other services were completed but waiting on him. No one should have to wait over an hour to get a part. I blame that person, not you all.

bad buisness
got a new dodge dart like the car very much internet sales people do not communicate very well once you buy they don't want to talk they had add come in test drive a car 50.00 dollar gift card thousand dollar gift card for purchasing new car and no payments till march of 2015 I didn't receive any of this not good business false adds not going to give any of this why advertise I still have the add printed it out

Not your typical sales personnel
Their add said to get the internet price and a $100 gas card , the vehicle must be purchased by 1 of the 4 internet sales managers listed . If you are paying the asking price and don't bother with negotiating, go right ahead and call them. However, i would rather get a fair black book retail resale price for my used car than a $100 gas card. My coworker who referred me to this agency , gave me the number to the agent he used and told me not to deal with the internet team, but the sales agent he used was no longer working for them. I have found the "internet sales managers" are not as driven as the rest of the sales reps. They do not answer their phones, and when they call you back it is 3 to 4 hours later . They must be on salary or just get so many sales from cars.com refferals that they don't need to bother following up or going that extra mile as i am sure they have in the past . The internet sales team "managers" are comprised of seasoned sales reps who may have been awesome in their hay day, as stated by their awards and plaques in their cubicle walls from ten year ago. They seem to have fallen into the typical monatanous pattern and just wait for business in their cozy little office rather than hunting and fighting for it like the great guys standing outside in the freezing cold. Sometimes it is best to go in person and meet one of the friendly sales reps standing outside, or call their general number to be connected to someone. The internet price was listed on the car i test drove , so there is no special arrangements needed. The offer i made was ill received. I never got a follow up call , the first nor the 2nd time. I had a 7,500k cashier check from my bank , but i guess i am just not the deep pockets kind of customer that helps pay their bills.
