Excellent Dealership

Sales Department was AWESOME; staff provided great customer Service. This dealership is HIGH OVER THE TOP HANDS DOWN, I rank it more than 5 stars . I enjoyed my experience with Brown's Fairfax Nissan. I just purchased an Armada and I can honestly say that the process of my purchase was the smoothest and quickest transition ever of buying a car. I called prior to arriving and as we arrived we were immediately greeted by Reagan at the door. Reagan introduced us to our sales consultant Oscar and while Oscar was out looking for the vehicle that we inquired about. The GM came over and welcomed us. Which was quite amazing. I can honestly say the customer service was over the top. Oscar was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to answer all our questions and got us an answer immediately if he didn't know the answer. Overall, the entire staff ensured that we were okay at all times which was a great feeling as Customer Service is a big thing with me. Honestly, wish their were more sales consultants and staff like them around as The entire Fairfax Nissan Team at Brown's were awesome and everyone was extremely friendly. If you are looking to purchase a Nissan I highly recommend visiting Brown's Fairfax Nissan and ask for Oscar. Thanks again to Oscar Melara, Reagan Hooker-Hairston and Mr. Fred Shepard for making our purchase painless.

Brown's Nissan Dealership

Honesty in services required, recommended, and cost. Honesty in service representative. Prompt service. Clean waiting rooms. Great fruits and donuts and coffee available for free.

Good Service, But Bathroom needed to be cleaned

I was having problems with the key remote, I keep getting a message on the dash board error key not found.,. And Steve help by taking my name address and they fixed the problem..,

Great Service and Gus D'Name !! You CanTrust

Lucky to have Gus Daniel as our Service Rep... Man is "Honest and Very Professional" delivering outmost service and discounted price guarantee. We brought in our (2) cars, 2009 Murano and Altima for maintenance checks and brake service. Gus explained what jobs needed to be performed and really price it well.
