I just moved from Queens and needed a car ASAP.

I just moved from Queens and needed a car ASAP. I reached out to a few other Mazda dealerships, but none of them were straightforward when I asked for the out-the-door price — and I don’t like wasting time. When I got a call and price quote from Tyler Hovey, everything changed. He was transparent, straight to the point, and gave me a full breakdown with no hidden fees or games. I already knew what car I wanted, and after test driving it, I loved it even more. Tyler made the process simple, fast, and stress-free — exactly what car buying should be. If you want a salesperson who respects your time, actually listens, and gives you the numbers upfront, ask for Tyler Hovey. I had the pleasure of working with a few people from

I had the pleasure of working with a few people from Safford Brown Mazda Chantilly. First week I went in just to take a look around, and I had the pleasure of working with Tyler S. He was very knowledgeable, and explained a lot of how the 2025 CX-90 Hybrid. Because that day I was just looking around, I didn't get to interact with Tyler much after that but from my brief meeting with him, he was very pleasant to work with, great customer service and very knowledgeable. About a week later I came back in the new 2026 models were available which was literally perfect timing! We walked in and were greeted by Calvin S. who referred Jared Bowman to us, and Jared was absolutely amazing!!! we were there from 5:30PM to 11PM and drove out with a brand new 2026 CX90. We were trading in our old vehicle and the process was smooth, Jared walked us through all the questions, and walked out through how they came up with our trade in value. During the test drive, Jared was patient with us and did not rush and answered all questions and even provided us with information we wouldn't have thought to ask and if there was a question he wasn't sure what the answer was, once we got back to the dealership he provided us with those answers! We usually don't fall for all the extra products, but Jared really did his part in plus selling and we decided to buy the ECP for our brand new vehicle, and I think we made a great decision in doing so. All thought we were there past their closing time, we did not feel rushed, and I LOVE THAT! They took all our needs and wants into consideration! I have been been in touch with Jared after our purchase, because their were certain functions that I wasn't sure how they worked and Jared has taken the time out of his day to address all those questions, even though our transaction was complete! I truly felt so welcomed by this dealership and its employees! I know that if I ever need to refer someone, I will definitely be giving them Jared's name from Safford Brown Mazda! What an amazing place to conduct business with!

From the second I walked in, I was met with patience and kindness. I spent my time at the dealership with Tyler Standifur. He took the time to listen to my situation and help me make up my mind for the vehicle that would best suit my needs. I usually dread the car buying process but being able to communicate with Tyler so clearly really put my mind at ease and I was able to concentrate on making a decision with his help. I never felt uncomfortable to ask for clarification on anything I had questions about and again, I really appreciated the patience I received from the staff. Their kindness meant a lot. Im very glad I decided to stop in.

Joshua worked with me to get me in exactly the car I

Joshua worked with me to get me in exactly the car I wanted for a great price. My 11 month-old Mazda was totaled in an accident, and I wanted to replace it with the exact same car. Joshua found my car and we completed the deal in one day! Brian was also great to work with to complete the deal. He carefully explained all of my options. I was very happy with my experience and will both recommend this dealership to my friends, and come back the next time I need a Mazda!!
