I had an 8:00 a.
I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for my pickup to be serviced. It sat at the service Dept for a day without being seen. I received a call from the service person letting me know that they would not be able to get to my pickup that day because they were backed up with other vehicles. I had to go pick it up since I was going out of town the next day.

I just purchased my third GMC and am very pleased with the staff that I have dealt with. My salesman Toby was very knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel pressured which I really appreciated. Mark the finance guy was very knowledgeable and professional and again no pressure. In my experience the service has been excellent and Scott has always been very professional and efficient. I look forward to continued service from Maxwell GMC.

Everyone is pleasant. Helpful and professional. They as real find. I took my car in for service & it went through in a timely manner & without issue. As always I am completely satisfied with the service that I received from Scot and the whole service department. My car was towed in Sunday evening, looked at first thing Monday morning and ready to pick up by that afternoon. If I could, I would rate 20+ stars.
