We worked with Jordan.
We worked with Jordan. He made it very easy and very professional. The only thing that I would change is that the picture was so edited it didn’t show all the scratches and no one told us about them.

Deceptive salesperson Jordan Bracken allowed my wife and
Deceptive salesperson Jordan Bracken allowed my wife and I to drive over two hours to test drive a car only to be told the car we had scheduled a test drive with was not there. No apology, just a lame attempt to up sell us into something else. He had hours to let us know we wouldn’t be able to see the car and allowed us to make the drive anyway.

I contacted them to get pricing on 3 vehicles with a plan...
I contacted them to get pricing on 3 vehicles with a plan to buy one of them. Unfortunately, information was never sent. I received a text telling me that the sales manager was the only person that could do the comparison but was very busy and that the info would be sent by the end of the day. That day ended, as did the next and the next, and no info was sent. I sent a message that they could cancel the inquiry and I bought a new Subaru instead. Not sure how a car dealer can provide service like this and stay open.

Wonderful service could not ask for ANYTHING to have been done differently. LOVE the pick up and delivery of my car to my home. That's a huge plus, especially for women who don't like to wait in a car dealership waiting room.
