Great Service

Mike Mettzler is great! The Service Department is phenomenal, and they work fast. I don't let any other dealership work on my car. I can trust the work you do and the honesty you display to me as a customer.

Honda Brown staff's are all good and very friend.

the day i bought my car and every time i visit the store or have my car service, i always recieve a royalty treatment,, staff's are well rounded on customer service..

Excellent Professional Service

-I can always get an appointment at my convenience. -The Assistant Service Manager, Dave Metzler, thoroughly explained the service that was needed. -The work was performed in a timely manner while I waited in the service lounge.

Great Service

From the moment I arrived I had a wonderful experience. The person at the customer service area got me set right up. I had an oil change and had my tires rotated in approx 35 minutes. As soon as it was complete they found me and took me to pay for my services and wanted to know if there was anything else I needed help with. I appreciated how effiecient, fast, and nice everyone was. Great job!!!!!

great customer service and salesmen

When I asked to test drive a particular model my salesman PJ was right on it. Unlike my experience with another Honda dealer. Also he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and that helped a great deal in helping me to make my final decision. It was an overall pleasant experience and that is why I am a repeat customer.

pleasant experience

Your staff (PJ) for one pretty much kept your word based on previous conversations we had prior to the cars arrival. That means a lot!!!! Instead of being promised one thing and at the final moment changing the deal. This makes my 5th Honda i bought from you guys sounds like we both are doing something right.
