Browns Service Team

My service team Sandra Bonilla, Frank Cavallero, and Gary Morin are the very best. Sandra ensures service request is correct. She works with Frank and Gary to ensure my vehicle is repaired correctly and to Mazda standards. She keeps me informed and returns my vehicle to me in a timely manner. Frank works on my vehicle ensuring I receive top notch mechanical service. Gary ensures Mazda does its best to keep me a happy satisfied customer. All 3 go the extra mile to keep me in the Browns Mazda Family, Best dealership ever since 2007.

Amazing CX-5, Even Better Service

First off, Jalaen Coleman was absolutely fantastic to work with from the second I walked through the door to well after the purchase was complete. In truth, I had several offers to purchase elsewhere that would have gotten me the same car I was searching for ahead of time but Jalaen's outstanding service and personality made the decision to stick with Brown Mazda an easy one. In every aspect of this process, Jalaen went above and beyond. Including helping find the perfect trim for me, a price that would work, and kept me updated every step of the way as the CX-5 made it's way from Japan to the US. All around amazing service.

New car purchase

Professionalism, great attitude towards customer service and very amicable relationship. Time taken to complete buying process till I walked out with my new car was was completed within very appreciable time.

Clean Facility, Nice workers

Facility was very clean and pristine. People were nice! Very expensive but happy with my service! I like the video and pictures they send you as they are doing the repairs, I just wish I knew what I was looking at lol

Great service

Polite, complete, timely- as in there wasn’t a long line of folks before me, very thorough work done with pictures and the customer service was great. I also liked that a cat wash is provided. I do think however that due to Covid and the very few miles on my vehicle and extension of services should be extended at no charge.

Incredible Customer Service

Both Scott and Yahya were incredibly informative and pleasant to work with! I had to buy a new car under some unfortunate circumstances and the guys made what would have been a massive headache, into a breeze!

It all went very smoothly; the staff was very pleasant and the waiting area well-organized, so it was comfortable and easy to work while waiting on my car.

Great experience

My Sales Rep actually called to see how I was doing . I remembered his kindness being that I had spoke with him in Nov 21 and I purchased in Mar 22. Very rare .

Boo them

Spent lots of time talking to Deborah about a Nissan Rogue they had for sale that looked amazing in pictures. The drive was 2+ hours for us so we wanted to make sure it was worth it. Despite being reassured that the car would be ready for us, we arrived to an extremely dirty and smelly vehicle. A dirty vehicle isn't a deal breaker of course, but we were kind of annoyed at her excuse, which was that she wanted us to see it dirty so that we'd be amazed when she cleaned it. Sorry, but...what? Ma'am, you are in the business of selling cars and you had close to 3 hours to prepare for us. Overall, the car was far more worn that we'd anticipated so we ended up passing. A waste of a day. Thanks for nothing, Deborah.
