Couldn’t have been smoother!
Couldn’t have been smoother! I arrived 7 min late unavoidably stuck in traffic. That wasn’t an issue. Recall work on the back decided mechanism was completed plus they check my engine, tires and fluids. Great job. Nice service writer.

Johnny Montano was amazing.
Johnny Montano was amazing. I tried since February 2024 to get the windshield update completed. They promised call backs that never came , always blamed Ford for not having the needed parts. I lost hope & gave up. Only when I got a second letter from Ford did I try calling again. Luckily Johnny answered my call , checked parts that they did have in stock , assigned said parts to my car & set an early appointment as it’s my only car & I needed to wait for it. He got it completed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Unless you can work with Johnny Montano in service I would NOT recommend Envision Ford. Cliff McLaughlin

1. Your online scheduling is ridiculous. I had no confirmation that my appt was confirmed. 2. I had to come in to schedule an appt to find out my appt placed online was scheduled. 3. After trying to schedule service online I've been receiving numerous texts trying to sell me a Flex which I already own and wanted service for. 4. My appt was scheduled for 7am with JC and he didn't get in until after 8AM. No apology, no acknowledgement.
