Great Service

Everything was excellent from check in to leaving. The customer service reps were so kind and offered drinks and check in to make sure I didn’t need anything. They were awesome!

Great dealership with nice people!

I loved the SNACKS and water/coffee offerings. Nicole was wonderful with checking in my vehicle and also with keeping me updated on the progress.

Couldn't be happier!

I turned in a car I leased from Brown's Manassas Kia in 2019 and drove home with a brand new 2022 K5, and couldn't be happier about the entire process. The staff were all courteous and knowledgeable. I notified the sales department of the type of car I was on the hunt for as my lease was winding down, and they were able to find the perfect car for me within about a week. I know there is a shortage of cars these days, but i didn't feel that pinch or pressure at Brown's. Everyone was patient and kind throughout the process. I am so happy to be part of the Brown's family!

Mike the sales manager after explaining what I was

Mike the sales manager after explaining what I was willing to pay out door four times still got it wrong the deal we agreed upon on paper and Jeff the used car manager is a complete jerk with a big ego that should never work in customer service. If you want a dealership that is not transparent than shop here I just wish there was a score less than one star to give them.

Thanks for a terrible shopping experience I told salesman Mike from the beginning I was willing to pay 24k out the door for a 2019 insight. What about this conversation was so hard for him and used car manager Jeff to understand I don’t know. The vehicle was listed at $21499 and I said between trade and a check I would bring $24k after low balling me $1500 less than last two dealers Mike got back to me and once again I stated $24k out the door combined trade and cash to make up distance to 24k than a generic email after I said I wanted deal in writting before coming and it wasn’t what I asked for after being put to voicemail twice I pulled over to call Mike said he would take care of it and send it back this time once again I received build up sheet $26794 dollars when the vehicle was posted for $21499 on gurus. And instead of $5500 plus the $18969 that it was agreed upon it came back around $4500 more I would have to bring for $23 k and several hundred ok by now I’m pissed and when I try to explain to Jeff from the first sentence I offered 24k out the door tax tags minus my trade he became a total jerk and went on a rant about customers sitting at home in air conditioned homes while they work there xxx off hey Jerk I’m a first responder and work my xxx off to and was coming in good faith with a check to buy a car off you. Jeff is what gives used car salesman a horrible name.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Sales staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy. Also knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Service before, during and after sale was exemplary.

Great dealership in Manassas

Sales person was not pushy about purchasing a car and really worked with us to get a good deal on our new Kia Sorento. The finance lady was also very helpful to break down the numbers so we could understand everything.
