Had a check engine light come on and after givens Whalen’s short notice they had me in and out with problem resolved in less than an hour!

The maintenance done on my Impala is always very good and done at the appointment time. I like being able to bring my car in and it's serviced right away.

I was happy with them but not happy that the extended warranty don’t cover rodents, thought it was very expensive. I would not of got the coverage but the one guy talked me into it he was a smooth talker and the next time I walked in he ignored me like he got what he wanted not sure I’d buy from you again. Everybody said they screwed me over and I’m thinking they did too.

They did not have a loaner but they promised I'd be in and out in an hour and I was! The waiting area was comfortable and had wifi. All of this made it every convenient. The service manager was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

They were great to work with, very accommodating and service was great at getting me the time and day that I wanted/could come in.

John was the best to deal with and extremely professional. East drop off and easy pickup, great service, great communication. It is a great place to have service done.
