Have been going here for many years. Serviced my parent's 1990's Accord and my used 2000 Civic. Eventually bought my 2024 HR-V here. Service Center have making sure my car is running at it's best since I got it.

The guy Jairon who “helped” me was a complete rude
The guy Jairon who “helped” me was a complete rude xxxxxxx. Not only did he initially try telling me as I arrived for my appointment that he couldn’t complete my service, but that I was “supposed to arrive with a half tank of gas”. Not a single person informed me of this both when I made my appointment and when I confirmed my appointment. Not only did he just straight up try and deny my appointment, but he also said that in my recall letter it states that I need to arrive with a half tank. After finding the recall letter at home, I can confirm that he is a liar and it doesn’t state that on ANY of the fine print. People like him need to find something else to do for a living because he clearly hates his life and his job. I hope he gets fired. And I will never go back to this Honda dealer for any service.

They told me my engine filter and cable filter was dirty
They told me my engine filter and cable filter was dirty with out checking the filters the fact that the filters was changed not to long ago,what tells me they didn’t bothered to even look check whether the filters were dirty or not .some body is not doing their job.
