Disappointed and Frustrated with Service I took my

Disappointed and Frustrated with Service I took my truck to Chevy of Carson for a routine oil change. The next day, my check engine light came on. After checking the code myself, it pointed to a bad oil pump — an issue that didn’t exist before their service. I called the service department and spoke with Miguel, who told me to bring the truck back in. However, when I arrived, he suddenly said it would cost $250 just to look at the issue. That was never mentioned during our phone call. I find this kind of treatment completely unprofessional. If a problem comes up right after their work, they should stand behind their service, not charge customers more. It felt like they cared more about money than doing the right thing. I would not recommend Chevy of Carson — take your vehicle somewhere you can trust.

Harassing me calling me no stop arguing with me on the

Harassing me calling me no stop arguing with me on the line I advised I would contact Chris or corporate they mocked me . Started sending my personal info to 3rd party in which I have a recorded call from Tustin of Toyota verifying it . I will contact the director corporate bbb and file a small claims if I do not hear back from Christopher or the director as again when I tried to contact the GM the employees were working together to dodge my calls the main one is Liz who argued with me if that’s even her name she called me on 5/1 4:14 pm please listen to her calls who ever sales girl is calling out and discipline that employee for yelling at me and sending my private information out to other 3rd party cause I will go file a lawsuit I need to hear from the Gm ! Check your vm my contact info is there !

Absolute waste of time.

Absolute waste of time. Was contacted to look at a used truck advertised for 27k. Drove all the way down only to be handed a quote that included over SIX THOUSAND in “dealer add-ons”.

My experience at Chevrolet of Carson is always pleasant. They make you feel like you are part of the Carson Chevy family. Lisa is always helpful and knowledgeable of Chevy’s products. Daniel is always consistent in his professionalism. Each time I bring my car in to be serviced he is there to take my information and get me signed in. I never wait longer than 5 minutes to begin the service process when I schedule my appointments. He always has a great disposition as well. Very pleasant young man. Also, the gentleman that is in the parts department is always a pleasure. He is also very knowledgeable of Chevy's products for my car. His professionalism is impeccable. He sets the atmosphere with calm music and is always so kind. I have been to other Chevy dealerships for service within the Los Angeles area. The other dealerships do not compare customer satisfaction and professionalism that the Carson Chevy family extend to their clients. For great customer service and efficiency Carson Chevrolet is it. If you are like me and looking for the best service with professionalism, then get your car from Chevy Carson. My 2022 Chevy Equinox is always serviced by the best.

they deceived people . I asked for a discount on a vehicle, the seller Andrew Trupsin told me discount $3000 on the vehicle which I was asking for. When get there with Uber that cost me $120. He said he didn’t say that . The phone call just happened 90 minutes ago! Waste my time and money. And What's even more ridiculous is that they say I have to buy their car with a feature called road Assist that costs $7,000 !

Lea was quick to help schedule my service and get me in. She also helped advise me about using my Rewards Points. Roger assisted me with service. He got me in and out immediately. Also, helped me save money on my services. Truly appreciate how sweet and helpful the whole staff is at Carson Chevy.
