Excellent experience overall.

Excellent experience overall. Enjoying the 2024 Chevy Trax. David Duplessy, the sales person was polite, friendly and helpful in finding the right vehicle for my needs and budget! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

David Duplessy the salesperson who worked with me on

David Duplessy the salesperson who worked with me on getting the right vehicle that met my needs and budget was friendly, polite, knowledgeable. The entire transaction was professional and the process was not overwhelming. I love the new Chevy Trax I purchased and couldn’t be happier overall. I recommend this place for anyone interested in purchasing a Chevy.

When I entered the show room I was politely greeted by

When I entered the show room I was politely greeted by the receptionist, then introduced to sales consultant Rocio. I explained to her what I was looking to purchase. Rocio told me what they had on site and if it did not meet my needs that she could network to find a vehicle for me. The team at Empire Chevy of Hicksville were very respectful, and professional. It truly was a pleasant experience without any pressure. My next vehicle will be a lease and I will go back to Empire Chevy of Hicksville.

Carmen was great.

Carmen was great. . she got me a loaner, she kept me informed when my car was ready and waited until i arrived after work to pick it up.

Where do i start,from day one hasseled to buy the car

Where do i start,from day one hasseled to buy the car that day ,end of the year quota(we want to close the books) couldnt because of insurance check they repeadlty asked for a deposit to hold for 48hrs only mind you this was a saturday and monday being new years day i believe. I go in on the 2 nd to get the car do my paperwork to realize i was tacked on an extended service contract i wouldnot need so i requested it taken off that took 2 weeks.that day they hand me keys(1 complete set and a half key fob )! They said they have to look for it.drive home realize theres a bounce in the ride i tell the dealer i need to balance the rear tires would they cover the cost which is only 45 .00 for 2 tires because i live in new jersey i couldnt go back to them they have not answered back either.lets get to the best part ,its now 30 days later temporary transit tags about to expire the dealership wont issue me an extension, i have called njdmv the have no recollection of the vin or nothing was done to get my car registered or plated . Somebody dropped the ball and wont admit it , i cant drive the car at all because it will get impounded , and im not going to be financially responsible for some ones mistake .
