Not enough sales personnel.
Not enough sales personnel. Both times I was in the dealership, my sales person was dealing with multiple people at the same time and something I was told should take 1 to 1 1/2 hours took over 3 hours. I also called and asked for a return call and my salesperson never received the message. I called at 4pm and the dealership was open until 7. Need a better system for getting messages to the right person. Very unorganized.

Jessica was wonderful. She offered me a rental since the timeframe to fix my car was 5-6 hrs, which I really appreciated. She was extremely professional and courteous, as were all the employees I dealt with that day!!!!
