I recently had a great experience at Route 1 Hyundai.

I recently had a great experience at Route 1 Hyundai. From the moment I entered the showroom to completing a new lease, every aspect went very well. The staff at Route 1 Hyundai was very nice. There was no pressure to complete a purchase or lease. My sales person, Tayyab, was great. He was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and ultimately decided to lease.

We told the salesman on Friday that we will pick up

We told the salesman on Friday that we will pick up vehicle on Monday. We arrived Monday, he went on vacation without passing delivery info to anybody.. The salesman who eventually took over delivery simply hand us the key, point us to the vehicle and say "Let me know if you have questions". No walk around/inspection, no additional go through of the many additional settings of the vehicle. On our own, we inspect the car and find 2 scratches. Took another 15-20 minute to find a manager. He took pictures and said he'll document these. To this date (two weeks later) I have not receive any paper work or documents that I signed. All I got is a receipt of my deposit and the vehicle.
