They act very nice until they find out that you have your own financing and then the price goes UP! This place is a SCAM!!! Very disappointed with this dealership. They advertise a vehicle online for a certain price and then we get there and want to purchase it and it's not the real price. That is called THE BAIT & SWITCH SCAM!!! And it's against the Law! If you are going to add fees for Ceramic coating & LoJack and other charges, then it needs to be posted for that price, with all the other charges. That is very deceptive advertising and it's wrong!!! I will be putting a review on your dealership and also on Social Media. We called Platinum Chevrolet and they had the same car with the same miles and we bought it, for the price that they advertised it for. We even added a 5 year 100K warranty for a very good price. I feel sorry for the people that get stuck with all those extra charges that buy vehicles from your company. I will be making a report to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! Thanks for nothing and for wasting our Time!!! I am glad there are still some honest dealerships out there that don't pull that BAIT & SWITCH on hard working people.

I had a very very disappointing and dishonest experience

I had a very very disappointing and dishonest experience at this dealership as I worked with “Cayman” and would not recommend them or him. They are unethical and failing to comply with the “Federal Trade Commission Act” I worked with a sales rep named Cayman over the phone, and after we discussed pricing on the vehicle, I was suddenly told I had to purchase a package called “Luxury Advantage Gold” in order to buy the car. I never asked for this package, didn’t want it, and was told it was mandatory. My understanding is that add‑ons are supposed to be optional, so being told I “had” to pay for this felt very misleading and unethical. On top of that, the pricing kept changing. Numbers were all over the place and he sent multiple purchase orders showing fluctuations in the same products and vehicle. Instead of a straightforward, transparent deal, it felt like they were trying to manipulate the price and pressure me into paying for extras I didn’t agree to. Overall, I feeling that this dealership is not honest or transparent in how they do business. If you decide to go here, get everything in writing and pay attention to how your amount financed adds up, watch for surprise add‑ons like “Luxury Advantage Gold,” and be prepared to walk away if they start changing the numbers, like they did with me. Also avoid Cayman, once he realized I wasn’t going for his unethical tactics he became very smug and even sent me the link to have this review written. I hope you all take the time to read this. It can save you years of regret for paying for something you never needed or wanted.

If I could give negative star revue I would.

If I could give negative star revue I would. Worst experience..RUN, don't walk, away from this place. They begin with trying to add extra fees to the tune of $2000 and management lies to you and tells their employees to lie to you. They were given a payoff on my trade-in, they actually put it on the purchase order, and i had to call and call and finally stop by to get them to lie to me and tell me they didn't have my payoff, hence why it took 30 days to pay off my trade in loan. The reason I had to stop by is because they stopped answering my calls, and wouldn't return messages. The "we promise to provide within 30 days" was finally (after much headache) provided in 40 days with the service manager actually having his employees set me up a date to come in and get the part installed, wait an hour being told they were soo busy, when the part wasn't even there. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. They pretend to be high luxury, but their staff is low life.

I do not recommend this dealership.

I do not recommend this dealership. On May 17, 2025, I purchased a car from Autos of Dallas in Irving with a $5,000 down payment. The car needed several promised repairs (sunroof, visor, brakes), but instead of taking the car home, I was told to “give them grace” to fix it. For nearly three months I was ignored by my salesman (Bryan), the service manager (Hossam), and even the general manager(Samer Abuhamdeh). Calls, texts, and emails went unanswered. Incorrect parts were ordered, delays kept piling up, and I was repeatedly misled about timelines. After more than 2 months without the car, I finally received it on July 29 — still broken. The sunroof didn’t work, parts were missing, and the seat belt wouldn’t retract. "Management" (Kevin) admitted they had “put too much money” into the car that wasn't worth the headache to keep trying to fix so, he offered to buy the car back. I signed paperwork for a different car on August 9, but as of August 21, the old car is still not paid off and my $5,000 down payment has not been returned. This dealership has shown a complete lack of honesty, professionalism, and accountability. I will be escalating this through the BBB, the Attorney General, and other consumer protection channels so no one else has to go through this. THE POSITIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT YOU SEE POSTED ARE PEOPLE BEING PAID TO DO SO!!

Worst Dealership ever!

Worst Dealership ever!! I do not recommend at all. Bunch of liars, I drove from San Antonio to buy a car that had been seeing over 2 months. When I get there they told me the engine was messed up!!!! They offered another car, then the manager shows up to say the previous car was not damaged and wanted me to buy it after I had been told the engine was damaged. Very disappointed 👎😏

Extremely disappointed with the service department at

Extremely disappointed with the service department at Autos of Dallas Irving. I purchased my car at Autos of Dallas and also included the extended warranty offered by the dealership. This extended warranty consists of a "tie back" in which you have to take your vehicle to an Autos of Dallas to have it serviced. Unfortunately, I brought my vehicle in to Autos of Dallas Irving on 4/28/2025 due to an engine oil leak found by BMW and it turned into a frustrating, drawn-out experience which ended today, 7/1/2025. Communication was poor from the start — from the Service Advisors (Mo & Brandon) to the Service Manager (Robert), no one kept me updated even when I repeatedly called. Even then, I was given false expectations and conflicting information. After not receiving any follow up calls and having to physically go to the dealership's service department to receive an update about my car, I was able to receive the customer experience I was hoping for by Kevin, the Financial Manager. Thank you Kevin for your empathy and assistance with my car. I expected professional and honest service, but sadly, the service department fell short in every way. I won’t be returning to the service department, and I can’t recommend the service department to anyone who values their time and customer experience.
