Buying an A7 from out-of-state

I found an A7 to buy on-line. I live out of state (KY) and there was a car that matched what I wanted that was in-transit. My initial engagement was on-line and I received the guidance I needed. The following week I called and was connected with DuBois Kelly. He was very helpful in confirming details on the car and the process for me to buy. It led to me putting a deposit down. Unfortunately there was a significant delay in the timing of the car arriving. DuBois kept me posted along the way. It arrived at a time while I was out of the country for a month. DuBois set the car aside to ensure it did not get sold before I could come in. Once I was able to come in, the process to buy was fine (DuBois was out of town so a different person handled the paper work). I paid cash and Stacey Heck handled that part of the process. It went very smooth and she was very focused on customer service. The only item we still need to sort out is to confirm what is the process to properly transfer title of the car to me in Kentucky and what is needed for me to register it. The initial paper work I received was not the right form. I am waiting to get the MCO notarized and the title and registration application completed and notarized. Overall, I was very happy with the service and quality of people (DuBois and Stacey) that I worked with and would recommend the dealership to others.

Audi Owings Mills Maintenance - Tom DiNatale

Top notch maintenance. I have been taking my Audi to Tom DiNatale at Owings Mills since I purchased it in 2010. His communications are excellent, they are punctual, estimates are accurate and reasonable, and the work performed is excellent / meticulous. I would not take my Audi anywhere else.
