Absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing my new truck

Absolutely phenomenal experience purchasing my new truck from this dealership! From start to finish, every person I interacted with — from my salesperson to the finance manager to the dealership manager — went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I came in facing a tough situation, juggling two problematic trucks and unsure how I was going to move forward. These guys stepped up in a big way. They listened, strategized, and worked relentlessly to get me out of a bind and into a brand-new 2025 Ram. Even while one of my older trucks was in their service department for an extended period, I was kept updated throughout and treated with real care and respect — like part of their family. The level of communication and customer service was exceptional. If you're looking for a dealership that truly delivers — not just in sales, but in service, empathy, and results — this is it. Ask for Jordan, the smiling young gentleman who walked me through the process with confidence and professionalism. The entire team came together and made what could’ve been a nightmare into one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend — 10/10!

I don't think we'll ever go to another dealership!

I don't think we'll ever go to another dealership! Our experience was amazing! After going to several other places & getting the runaround, We was referred to Ciocca! We went and looked around, just to see what they had. We fell in love with a truck & inquired. We met Jordan - He listened to us, knew what we wanted, and was straight up! No xx! He was able to get us the truck of our dreams! Amazing experience! Will always go there 1st from now on!

Had tire pressure and speed sensors replaced on 5/26

Had tire pressure and speed sensors replaced on 5/26 before driving back home to WNC (766 miles) Halfway through trip all warning lights for speed sensor came back on disabling cruise control! Now have to go to my dealership to get it fixed, again. Very frustrated! People were nice and TPMS works now! But 3 hours of driving with no cruise for interstate is frustrating. Not to mention staring at the ABS, 4 wheel drive and traction control warnings for the remainder of the last 380 miles is a little frightening.

These folks advertised a G6 with ridiculously low

These folks advertised a G6 with ridiculously low mileage, but only posted a stock photo instead of photos of the actual car. I asked for photos, but never got them. I know that I live some distance from this dealership, but I have purchased vehicles from farther away sight unseen before. At least in those cases I worked with dealers or individuals who had good detailed photos. I believe that since I was located so far away, they didn't take my inquiry seriously. Or perhaps, the car wasn't what they claimed. I guess I'll never know.
